• 12:20 p.m. Thursday - Michael Ray McCord, 38, of 5808 W. Hummingbird Drive, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 1:09 p.m. Thursday - Chadd L. Shumaker, 36, of 2091 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 2:57 p.m. Thursday - James Joseph Miller, 48, of 503 Turtle Bay Drive, #39, Syracuse, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony and burglary. Bond: $10,250.

• 4:18 p.m. Thursday - Jazmyne Lynn Hensley, 22, of 515 Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 4:50 p.m. Thursday - Andrew James Mitterling, 26, of 8719 W. CR 1250S, Akron, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:39 p.m. Thursday - Chelsea Rae Robison, 27, of 1304 Ranch Road, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 5:38 p.m. Thursday - Cassie Leigh Santamaria, 27, of 917 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing a narcotic. Bond: $10,250.

• 6:30 p.m. Thursday - Seth James Deamaral, 26, of 3750 Lake City Highway, #11, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and false informing. Bond: $600.

• 7:30 p.m. Thursday - Danyelle Rebecca Palmer, 26, of 209 15th St., Winona Lake, arrested for possession of a narcotic. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:34 a.m. today - Kevin Daniel Gibson, 31, of 3699 N. Greenwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth - enhanced and less than 5 grams, and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $10,250.



Personal Injury Accident

• 2:16 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Market and South Indiana streets, Warsaw. Car-mo-ped collision. Drivers: Janet K. Collins, 66, North Ind. 19, Etna Green; Michael J. McGrath, 43, North Prairie Street, Warsaw. Injury: McGrath complained of leg pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital by Lutheran EMS. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 1:16 p.m. Monday - Intersection of First and Walnut streets, Pierceton. Pickup swerved to avoid oncoming traffic in wrong lane, rear-ended an SUV registered to Joseph D. Wiggins, South First Street, Pierceton, parked on the edge of the street, causing the vehicle to rear-end a third vehicle, also registered to Wiggins; pickup then left the roadway, drove into a yard and crashed into the front of a house belonging to John L. Cape, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Property inside the residence belonging to Wiggins also was damaged. Driver: Jesus Fuentes, 54, Kokomo. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. • 3:30 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 202 feet north of East CR 1000N, Syracuse. SUV pulling a trailer with livestock hit SUV. Drivers: Jami A. Heck, 35, South CR 300E, North Manchester; Matthew J. Coy, 37, North CR 500E, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 10:11 p.m. Monday - North CR 300W, 1,000 feet north of West CR 900N, Milford. Vehicle left road and hit post. Driver: Amy J. Smith, 44, Meadows Lane, Nappanee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:23 a.m. Tuesday - 2519 E. Center St., Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Hilbrandus H. Bodewes, 51, Netherlands; Jamie L. Stidham, 41, West Old Trail Road, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:40 a.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 19, 500 feet south of West CR 700S, Warsaw. Car registered to Joyce R. Prater, South Viking Drive, Mentone, left the road for an unknown reason; driver left the scene. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
