• 10:08 a.m. Monday - Dylan Nikole Bowser, 26, of 72876 CR 29, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $239.47.

• 12:13 p.m. Monday - Cody Allen Hale, 29, of 425 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $400.

• 12:19 p.m. Monday - Antwoine Thomas, 35, Elkhart, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony. Bond: $20,250.

• 12:27 p.m. Monday - Lisa Ann Withers, 39, of 8846 E. Crow Road, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 4:42 p.m. Monday - Todd Anthony Lincoln, 28, of 107 N. Main St., Claypool, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 5:26 p.m. Monday - David Lynn Shoemaker, 47, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #138, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 9:34 p.m. Monday - Dale Michael Wood, 30, of 954 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15. Bond: $700.

• 10:11 p.m. Monday - David Dwight Zentz, 49, homeless, arrested for probation violation - felony, disorderly conduct - noise, failure to appear - misdemeanor, and residential entry. Bond: $8,250.

• 10:48 p.m. Monday - Daniel Shea Gillespie, 43, of 875 Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $265.

• 11:15 p.m. Monday - Shaun Michael Daffron, 38, of 2 EMS B63 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct - fight. Bond: $500.

• 11:55 p.m. Monday - Rebekah Ashley Norman, 25, Kokomo, arrested for false informing, failure to appear - misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,100.

• 11:55 p.m. Monday - Tasha Marie Bratten, 28, of 9529 E. Ponderosa Drive, #46, North Webster, arrested for public intoxication, public nudity and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.

• 12:39 a.m. Tuesday - Ridley Lee Brown, 38, of 502 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:40 a.m. Tuesday - Earl Hillis Smith Jr., 63, of 304 N. James St., #11, Milford, arrested for theft, burglary and resisting law enforcement - fleeing. Bond: $10,250.

• 6 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Arthur Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kristyna L. Thrams, 19, East High Street, Nappanee; Madison I. Craven, 18, Blackstone Way, Nappanee; Ashley N. Schritter, 24, Fort Wayne. Injury: Schritter complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:16 p.m. Sunday - East Smith Street, 50 feet west of South Scott Street, Warsaw. Mo-ped-car collision. Drivers: Thomas E. McNees, 51, East Center Street, Warsaw; Allison E. Kosins, 19, Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Injury: McNees had minor bruising to his head, shoulder, knees, hands and elbow but refused treatment from EMS. McNees was arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 4 a.m. Friday - East U.S. 30, 2,000 feet east of South CR 250E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jeffrey M. Friend, 31, Huntertown. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 2:26 p.m. Friday - 1250 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked car registered to Janan L. Wolfe, Columbia City, and fled the scene.  Damage: $750-$1,000. WPD.

• 3:51 p.m. Friday - Ind. 15, 150 feet south of 059H Ramp, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Joseph R. Copada, 57, West CR 400N, Warsaw; Ronald L. Utley, 56, Goshen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 9:43 p.m. Friday - East CR 400S, 1,500 feet west of South County Farm Road, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Destiny M. Daugherty, 18, Anderson. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 11:59 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 400N, North Webster. Pickup-SUV collision, then SUV left road and hit fence belonging to Corner Stone Homes, East CR 400N, Leesburg. Drivers: Karl M. Estes, 30, West Peoria, Ill.; Alan R. Frank, 66, East Tee Trail, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 4 a.m. Monday - 1331 W. Lake St., Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Luis O. Martinez Barbosa, Brookview Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Conrad S. Van Middendorp, 25, West Lake Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 5:23 a.m. Monday - East Ind. 14, 1,500 feet west of South CR 600E, North Manchester. Pickup went off road, through a yard, hit a plastic fence and trees belonging to Domenic A. Politano, East Ind. 14, North Manchester, coming to rest in a yard. Driver: Matthew T. Fox, 47, Wolcottville. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 4:06 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Center and Hickory streets, Warsaw. Van drove around a Warsaw Fire Department SUV with emergency lights on in the oncoming traffic lane, proceeded toward the railroad tracks being worked on, drove over a new steel railroad track rails, causing the van to be stuck and damaged. Driver: Ryan E. Stewart, 40, Osceola. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:37 a.m. Saturday - A person reported an injured man who was involved in an altercation at Danny's Bar in the 100 block of EMS B24 Lane, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 8:28 a.m. Saturday - A person reported an abandoned vehicle in the 1900 block of Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, which was reported stolen a few days ago. Value: $6,000. KCSD.

• 3:56 p.m. Saturday - A man reported a neighbor was shooting a gun and a bullet struck his residence in the 11400 block of North CR 375E, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 1:10 a.m. Sunday - A woman reported a vehicle was vandalized in the 500 block of East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 5:25 p.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 700 block of East Palm Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $200. SPD.

• 7:21 p.m. Sunday - A possible hit-skip accident was reported in the 200 block of North Monroe Street, Sidney. Damage: Less than $1,000. KCSD.

• 6:01 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief by a juvenile was reported in the 300 block of North Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:15 p.m. Monday - A welfare check was conducted in the 100 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. A person was arrested for indecent exposure - nudity, public intoxication and disorderly conduct - noise. WPD.

• 11:05 p.m. Monday - A person was found to be in possession of marijuana in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:56 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop occurred in the 2400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth. WPD.

• 12:35 a.m. Tuesday - A domestic battery was reported in the 3300 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. WPD.
