• 10:48 p.m. Monday - Daniel Shea Gillespie, 43, of 875 Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $265.

• 11:15 p.m. Monday - Shaun Michael Daffron, 38, of 2 EMS B63 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct - fight. Bond: $500.

• 11:55 p.m. Monday - Rebekah Ashley Norman, 25, Kokomo, arrested for false informing, failure to appear - misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,100.

• 11:55 p.m. Monday - Tasha Marie Bratten, 28, of 9529 E. Ponderosa Drive, #46, North Webster, arrested for public intoxication, public nudity and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.

• 4:16 p.m. Sunday - East Smith Street, 50 feet west of South Scott Street, Warsaw. Mo-ped-car collision. Drivers: Thomas E. McNees, 51, East Center Street, Warsaw; Allison E. Kosins, 19, Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Injury: McNees had minor bruising to his head, shoulder, knees, hands and elbow but refused treatment from EMS. McNees was arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 4:06 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Center and Hickory streets, Warsaw. Van drove around a Warsaw Fire Department SUV with emergency lights on in the oncoming traffic lane, proceeded toward the railroad tracks being worked on, drove over a new steel railroad track rails, causing the van to be stuck and damaged. Driver: Ryan E. Stewart, 40, Osceola. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:56 p.m. Saturday - A man reported a neighbor was shooting a gun and a bullet struck his residence in the 11400 block of North CR 375E, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 1:10 a.m. Sunday - A woman reported a vehicle was vandalized in the 500 block of East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 11:05 p.m. Monday - A person was found to be in possession of marijuana in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:56 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop occurred in the 2400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth. WPD.
