Injuries: Pedro Castro had minor bleeding to a lower arm and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital; Pedro Castro, 50, North Ind. 19, Etna Green, a passenger, was flown to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for major injuries to his legs. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 4:15 p.m. Monday - Argonne Road, 50 feet north of Kings Highway, Winona Lake. Pickup hit pedestrian. Driver: Brandon L. Eigsti, 31, Hackleman Street, Warsaw. Pedestrian: John E. Hawkins, 67, North McKinley Street, Warsaw. Injury: Hawkins complained of pain to an upper arm. Damage: Under $750. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 6:17 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 15, 40 feet north of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Alexis J. Myers, 19, East Springfield Drive, Warsaw; Rachelle A. Mabee, 51, Western Drive, Winona Lake. Injury: Myers became unconscious before the crash and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for evaluation. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:16 p.m. Monday - Intersection of First and Walnut streets, Pierceton. Pickup swerved to avoid oncoming traffic in wrong lane, rear-ended an SUV registered to Joseph D. Wiggins, South First Street, Pierceton, parked on the edge of the street, causing the vehicle to rear-end a third vehicle, also registered to Wiggins; pickup then left the roadway, drove into a yard and crashed into the front of a house belonging to John L. Cape, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Property inside the residence belonging to Wiggins also was damaged. Driver: Jesus Fuentes, 54, Kokomo. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. • 3:30 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 202 feet north of East CR 1000N, Syracuse. SUV pulling a trailer with livestock hit SUV. Drivers: Jami A. Heck, 35, South CR 300E, North Manchester; Matthew J. Coy, 37, North CR 500E, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
