Revival Tonight, Friday At Lighthouse

Revival meetings continue tonight and Friday at Pentecostal Lighthouse, 125 W. Fawley St., Warsaw.

The services will begin at 7 p.m. The Rev. Pete Ashby from Cumberland, Ky., will be the speaker.

Wednesdays At The Park Begins May 30

WINONA LAKE – Christ’s Covenant Church is planning a summer children’s program called Wednesdays at the Park.

The program will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on six Wednesdays at various parks in Winona Lake/Warsaw. Each evening will include a Bible story, games and snacks.

Parents who bring their children are invited to stay and chat with other parents.

Program dates are:

May 30 – Winona Lake Limitless Park

June 13 – KiddieLand Park

June 27 – McKinley Park

July 11 – Ker Park

July 25 – McKinley Park

Aug. 8 – Winona Lake Limitless Park

A “Wednesday at the Park” yard sign will designate each program site. Program volunteers will be wearing bright blue T-shirts.

All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast Saturday

God's Highway To Heaven, 555 W. Webber St., Warsaw, will have an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. Saturday.

The menu will include sausage gravy, bologna gravy, biscuits, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, apples and drinks.

Cost is $6 for ages 10 and older, $3 for children ages 3 to 9, and free for 2 and younger.



May 19 Is Rummage Sale At Church Of God  

Warsaw Church of God, 1509 Rozella Road, Warsaw, is planning a rummage sale.

The sale will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the church.

New Pampered Chef items will be sold at 50 to 80 percent off.

The sale will also have kitchen and home accessories, computer printer, tools, household items, new blankets and furniture, and much more.



Pancake, Sausage Breakfast  Saturday

Warsaw Family Worship Center will have an all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast from 7 a.m. until noon Saturday.

Cost is $6 for adults, $4 for children ages 3-12, and free for younger than 3. Drinks are included.

The church is at 1250 Husky Trail, Warsaw, next to Martin’s Super Market.



Port-A-Pit Fundraiser Friday, Saturday

A Nelson’s Port-A-Pit fundraiser this weekend will raise money for a Guatemala mission trip.

The fundraiser is planned from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. or sold out Friday and Saturday at the parking lot of JB’s Furniture, 2101 E. Center St., Warsaw.

Cost is $7.25 for chicken, $8.50 for barbecue ribs, $7.25  for pork chops and $4.25 for Pit-Tatoes. Amish fried pies in a variety of flavors will be sold for $4 each or 3 for $10.

Credit and debit cards are accepted.



Law Enforcement Appreciation Service Sunday In N. Webster

NORTH WEBSTER – A Law Enforcement Appreciation Day is planned at the North Webster Church of the Brethren.

The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at the church, 7281 E. CR 600N, North Webster.

Music will be provided by “Paradise Road.”



St. Anne’s Wants Items For Annual Tent Sale

St. Anne’s of Warsaw is asking people to clean out their closets and donate unused items for its annual tent sale.

The church will accept "big ticket" items like cars and boats too.

St. Anne’s annual tent sale is June 6-8 at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds.
