• 7:22 a.m. Thursday - Nyoka Joann Sexton, 25, of 3529 W. CR 100S, #22, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 1:09 p.m. Thursday - Billy Joe Truex, 34, of 504 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and invasion of privacy. Bond: $21,750.

• 4:50 p.m. Thursday - Damian Lee Cassidy, 19, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 7:41 p.m. Thursday - Nicholas Allen Watson, 39, Topeka, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:49 p.m. Thursday - Lane Michael Overlander, 20, of 6212 S. CR 400W, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 11:10 p.m. Thursday - Matthew Clay Piatt, 33, of 1231 Briarridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $700.

• 12:06 a.m. today - Gary Allen Woodard Jr., 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.

• 1:20 a.m. today - Michelle Renee Lucas, 45, of 11620 W. CR 600S, Mentone, arrested for check fraud - $750-$50,000. Bond: $6,000.

• 1:58 a.m. today - Steven Gentry Ladig, 32, of 3667 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse, arrested for battery in the presence of a child under 16, residential entry and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:04 a.m. today - Felicia Shemeka Brown, 35, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #23, Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. No bond listed.

Personal Injury Accident

• 4:55 p.m. Thursday - North Ind. 15, 200 feet north of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jayme R. Parker, 35, West CR 950S, Silver Lake; Mark D. Schindel, 41, Patterson Road, Warsaw; James A. Stroup, 76, South CR 400E, Pierceton. Injuries: Parker complained of chest pain; Schindel complained of pain to his entire body, was evaluated on scene and said he would obtain his own transportation to a hospital for further evaluation; two unnamed juveniles in Parker's vehicle were evaluated on scene and released; Stroup and his unnamed passengers declined medical attention. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 6 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of West Ind. 25 and South CR 780W, Mentone. SUV hit deer. Driver: Ann R. Blair, 65, South CR 1000W, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 3:16 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Center and South Indiana streets, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Kevin M. Trzcinski, 38, East Center Street, Warsaw; Gregory B. Houlton, 46, West Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 3:21 p.m. Thursday - South Harrison Street, 162 feet north of East Market Street, Warsaw. Car hit NIPSCO pole. Driver: Dusty R. Puterbaugh, 27, South CR 1000W, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 1:49 a.m. Thursday - A woman in the 300 block of Mineral Springs Avenue, Winona Lake, reported criminal mischief and invasion of privacy. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 6:21 a.m. Thursday - A woman was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 2400 block of Deelyn Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:50 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served and a person reported an invasion of privacy in the 300 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:25 p.m. Thursday - A welfare check was made in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:35 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Kohl's in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, reported the theft of clothes. Loss: $90. WPD.

• 10:25 p.m. Thursday - A man reported a battery in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 10:59 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and possession of marijuana in the 2200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WLPD.

• 3:24 a.m. today - A traffic stop occurred and a person was arrested on an Indiana warrant in the 1700 block of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. WPD.
