Warsaw cross country and track and field standout Justin Fleming has signed his letter of intent to attend Indiana Institute of Technology in Fort Wayne.

He is a four-year letterwinner for coach Jim Mills on the Tiger cross country team and a two-year letterwinner for coach Matt Thacker's track and field team.
