McClelland, 38, South East Ridge Drive North, Warsaw; Kaci Raymer, 33, East Ontario Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Raymer complained of neck pain; Kylee N. Armey, 16, Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, a passenger in McClelland's SUV, complained of neck pain; Makenzie McClelland, 4, South East Ridge Drive North, Warsaw, complained of pain to the lower arm; Samantha N. McClelland, 16, South East Ridge Drive North, Warsaw, complained of back pain. Lutheran EMS assessed all occupants at the scene and went to Parkview Hospital Warsaw on their own, except Makenzie McClelland who was taken to Parkview. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 4:39 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of Winona Avenue and Argonne Road, Winona Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Shirley A. Cook, 78, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Olivia J. Deeter, 19, Saddlebrook Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Cook complained of injury to the chest and was taken to a hospital; Deeter complained of pain to the upper arm, was checked at the scene and released; Anthony M. Penn, 20, West Market Street, Warsaw, a passenger in Deeter's car, complained of head pain, was checked at the scene and released. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Winona Lake Police Department.

• 5:04 p.m. Monday - North CR 850E, 2,500 feet north of North Hoss Hill Road, North Webster. Car went off road, down an embankment, striking multiple trees on the way. Driver: Scott H. Towns, 19, North Elm Grove Drive, Syracuse. Towns only had a learner's permit and was issued a warning for the learner's permit violation. Injury: Towns complained of back pain and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 12:44 a.m. today - South Ind. 25, 500 feet south of South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. Driver lost control of car and rolled it. Driver: Tessa K. Patrick, 26, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Injury: Patrick complained of pain to the lower arm and legs and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Officers gave her a breathalyzer test and Patrick registered a blood alcohol concentration of .119. She refused a chemical test, but a search warrant was obtained for a blood draw at KCH. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
