• 10:45 p.m. Friday - Noe Ybarra, 33, of 5831 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and criminal mischief - $750-$50,000. No bond listed.

• 11:44 p.m. Friday - Amber Lenn Hobbs, 28, of 4267 S. Scott St., Claypool, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 5:27 a.m. Saturday - Ivan Pedraza, 34, of 3762 W. Old 30, #699, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:08 p.m. Saturday - Amanda Leann Boone, 22, of 1310 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct - noise and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 4:22 p.m. Saturday - Jason Scott Lewallen, 32, of 7280 E. CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,250.

• 3:53 a.m. Sunday - Andrew Charles Parish, 25, of 1031 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 and .15. Bond: $700.

• 2:58 p.m. Sunday - Dollie Korinne Bumgardner, 20, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #98, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 2:37 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of West Market Street and South Washington Street, Warsaw. Three-car collision. Drivers: Rachel N. Eppenbaugh, 33, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Michelle L. Dials, 47, South Oak Street, Warsaw; Betty J. Campbell, 71, West Old 30, Warsaw. Injuries: Eppenbaugh and Dials were taken to a hospital complaining of pain all over their bodies; Dials was diagnosed with a possible concussion. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:35 p.m. Friday - North CR 850E, 1,000 feet south of East CR 500N, North Webster. Car left road, hit a tree and embankment. Driver: Sean O. Wilson, 37, North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Injury: Wilson had minor bleeding to the head and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:24 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Center and Cleveland streets, Warsaw. Three-SUV collision. Drivers: Orianna J. Garcia, 21, North Johnson Street, Warsaw; Christine E. Turskey, 60, Sharon Street, Winona Lake; Desiree Griepentrog, 34, St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Garcia complained of pain to the neck but refused medical treatment at the scene; Turskey complained of pain to the upper arm, refused medical treatment at the scene, but later was taken by her husband to Parkview Hospital Warsaw for treatment. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. WPD.

• 5:15 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of West Winona Avenue and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jordan Pippin, 19, East Madison Street, North Webster; Vanity Iseton, 25, North Vacation Way, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:57 p.m. Friday - Private property in the 2200 block of East CR 650N, North Webster. An employee of the town of North Webster drove a town truck into the side of a town garage. Driver: Gabriel Baase, 36, East Wawasee Circle South, Cromwell. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department Investigated.

• 3:19 p.m. Friday - Intersection of South Buffalo and East Market streets, Warsaw. Warsaw school bus hit parked SUV registered to Jesus Macias, East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Driver: Dawn L. Sainer, 47, West CR 100N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 6:40 a.m. Saturday - East Center Street, 65 feet east of Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Amy E. Rice, 44, Roy Street, Winona Lake; Mark J. Falk, 57, West CR 200S, Warsaw; Junior Howard, 77, South CR 600W, Claypool; Lark O. Ruch, 63, West First Street, Milford. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. WPD.

• 11:12 a.m. Saturday - 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Unknown van hit parked SUV registered to Tina M. Cannon, North Birdie Court, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:16 a.m. Friday - A woman reported an invasion of privacy and domestic battery in the 3500 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:37 p.m. Friday - A woman reported the theft of a U.S. Postal Service package from her residence in the 3000 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Loss: $100. KCSD.

• 2:27 p.m. Friday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 400 block of North Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:39 p.m. Friday - A woman reported an auto theft in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Loss: $2,500. WPD.

• 8:41 p.m. Saturday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of an amplifier, soda, breakfast pastries and socks. Loss: $124.16. WPD.

• 9:23 p.m. Saturday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of electronics. Loss: $64.92. WPD.

• 10:16 p.m. Saturday - An employee of the city of Warsaw reported criminal mischief to a concrete retaining wall in the 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000. WPD.

• 4:37 p.m. Sunday - A traffic stop in the 300 block of North Main Street, North Webster, led to the driver being found to have an Indiana driver's license with the status of suspended prior. NWPD.

• 8:24 p.m. Sunday - A person reported a neighbor's dog attacked their family dog in the 3700 block of South CR 950W, Mentone. KCSD.
