The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:13 a.m. Friday - George Franklin Lantz, 48, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 9:21 a.m. Friday - Jodie Michelle Wells, 46, of 1202 Wooster Road, #54, Winona Lake, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 2:06 p.m. Friday - Cole Alexander Woolridge, 19, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for battery with bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• 2:52 p.m. Friday - Ashly Danielle Johnson, 27, of 403 N. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia-misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:54 p.m. Friday - Christian R. Johnson, 29, of 403 N. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia-misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:29 p.m. Friday - Marlene Marie DeCamp, 42, Wawaka, arrested on a body attachment. Bond: $500.

• 5:42 p.m. Friday - Brandy Lynn Henwood, 41, of 603 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for a felony probation violation. Bond $1,000.

• 5:56 p.m. Friday - Shane Wesley Hallstrom, 24, of 13520 E. Ind. 114, Akron, arrested for dealing meth. No bond listed.

 

Personal Injury Accident

• 2:37 p.m. Thursday - West Market Street at South Washington Street, Warsaw. Three-car collision. Drivers: Rachel N. Eppenbaugh, 33, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Michelle L. Dials, 47, South Oak Street, Warsaw; Betty J. Campbell, 71, West Old 30, Warsaw. Eppenbaugh and Dials were taken to a hospital complaining of pain all over their bodies, and Dials was diagnosed with a possible concussion. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

 

Property Damage Accidents

• 1:58 p.m. Wednesday - 3400 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-car rear-end collision. Drivers: Marc. L. Powell, 43, East Old  30, Warsaw; Sarah Frame, 37, North Nancy Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 5:15 p.m. Wednesday - West Winona Avenue at South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jordan Pippin, 19, East Madison Street, North Webster, Vanity Iseton, 25, North Vacation Way, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:57 p.m. Friday - Private property in the 2200 block of East CR 650N, North Webster. An employee of the town of North Webster drove a town truck into the side of a town garage. Driver: Gabriel Baase, 36, East Wawasee Circle South, Cromwell. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department Investigated.

• 12:05 a.m. Wednesday - A theft was reported from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of East Esterbrook Drive, North Webster. NWPD.

• 5:59 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of narcotics, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe for a legend drug and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of North Detroit Street and CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:38 a.m. Wednesday - A physical altercation between a male and a female was reported in the 100 block of South Main Street, Milford. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 10:28 a.m. Wednesday - A person reported being sexually battered in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:17 p.m. Wednesday - An incident of criminal mischief was reported in the 2700 block of East Lilly Court, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 10:40 p.m. Wednesday - A hit-and-run accident that damaged a utility pole and a phone box was reported in the 200 block of King’s Highway, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:04 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for criminal trespassing in the 1000 block of North Harrison Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 2:51 p.m. Thursday - A person reported being the victim of a fraud in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:30 a.m. Friday - A theft was reported in the 100 block of East Center Street, Burket. KCSD.

• 2:39 p.m. Friday - An auto theft was reported in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.
