• 10:12 a.m. Thursday - James Jared Hampton, 49, of 8707 E. Black Point Road, Syracuse, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 2:49 p.m. Thursday - Luz Carol Olivares, 64, South Bend, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 4 p.m. Thursday - Christina Lynn Breeden, 49, of 107 Orchard Drive, Warsaw, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $600.

• 4:04 p.m. Thursday - Joe Angel Rodriguez, 28, of 102 N. Main St., Sidney, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and probation violation - misdemeanor. Bond: $809.49.

• 9:46 p.m. Thursday - Natalie May Greene, 21, of 416 W. Main St., B, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 10:24 p.m. Thursday - Brandi Dawn Seeley, 36, of 28 N. Pleasantview Drive, North Manchester, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 11:18 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and South CR 325E, Warsaw. Car/pickup collision. Drivers: Juan Acuahuitl, 16, East Wooster Road, Pierceton; Stacia G. Stump, 56, Kimmell. Injuries: Stump complained of pain to the lower arm and was checked out at the scene; Acuahuitl was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital because he is a juvenile and was unable to sign off at the scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:56 a.m. Wednesday - North Parker Street, 100 feet south of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Douglas Spears, 75, South Packerton Road, Warsaw; Nathaniel J. Gephart, 33, East CR 1500N, North Manchester; Shannon D. Stewart, 80, Shawnee Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Spears complained of pain to the lower arm but signed off for medical attention; Gephart had bruising to the lower arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 6:38 a.m. Thursday - U.S. 30, 33 feet west of East Old 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Tyler S. Lemon, 29, Bluffton; Jennifer A. Scheffer, 44, North Harris Street, Bourbon. Injury: Lemon complained of pain to the neck and was taken to Parkview Hospital-Warsaw. Scheffer was issued a complaint and summons for driving while suspended infraction. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. • 5:31 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 19 and West CR 500N, Etna Green. Trailer jumped off a truck hitch, causing the truck and trailer to fish tail, then both rolled onto the side, leaving the road and hitting a fence belonging to Lamar D. Schwartz, North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Driver: Chad E. Hedington, 25, West Quad Street, Bourbon. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 11:30 a.m. Wednesday - A juvenile took a knife from home to school in the 900 block of South Union Street, Warsaw, and also had a cigarette lighter and three small cigars. WPD.

• 7:33 a.m. Thursday - An employee of KGP Logistics in the 3400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, reported a man called the business about a gun incident. WPD.

• 12:49 p.m. Thursday - A woman in the 200 block of East Nelson Drive, Milford, reported finding two fraudulent accounts active in her name. KCSD.

• 2:21 p.m. Thursday - A woman in the 5700 block of North Old 15, Warsaw, reported forged checks and fraudulent transactions on a checking account. KCSD.

• 8:48 p.m. Thursday - A woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the 1800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:30 a.m. today - A woman in the 100 block of East Center Street, Burket, reported the theft of a slide. Value: $200. KCSD.
