• 6:42 a.m. Wednesday - Cody Lee Kirkwood, 32, of 883 S. Caleb Court, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a narcotic, possession of a syringe for a legend drug, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:34 a.m. Wednesday - Devon Pete Poe, 30, of 3454 E. East Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy and failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,500.

• 12:33 p.m. Wednesday - Erik Matthew Miller, 30, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $975.

• 12:54 p.m. Wednesday - Justin Ray Wadkins, 33, of 310 N. High St., #5, Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 5:14 p.m. Wednesday - Fernando Malagon, 26, of 1822 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $450.

• 5:42 p.m. Wednesday - Dana Mishelle Miller, 30, of 10344 S. Roosevelt St., Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 7:59 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North Lake and West Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Car-semi tractor-trailer collision. Drivers: Hannah R. Beliles, 25, North Franklin Street, Mentone; Preston W. Honea, 50, North Ind. 13, Leesburg. Injury: Beliles complained of pain to the upper arm but refused medical treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:15 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jordan L. Pippin, 19, East Madison Street, North Webster; Vanity S. Iseton, 25, North Vacation Way, Akron. Injury: Iseton complained of pain to the lower arm. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 11:01 a.m. Monday - An employee of Taco Bell in the 400 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse, reported the theft of cash. Loss: $902. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 5:59 p.m. Monday - Battery to two people was reported in the 10200 block of North CR 200E, Milford. KCSD.

• 3:19 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported being bitten by an animal in the 1200 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 3:19 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 200 block of Beechnut Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:21 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 1400 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake, for operator never licensed. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 12:51 a.m. Wednesday - A person reported at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday that a juvenile male was fighting with his stepfather in the 800 block of North Old Orchard Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 4:50 a.m. Wednesday - A man was arrested in the 2900 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for possession of a narcotic drug, possession of a syringe, possession of paraphernalia and charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence per se and OWI with a prior conviction are pending the results from a legal blood draw. WPD.

• 9:38 a.m. Wednesday - An altercation between a man and woman was reported in the 100 block of South Main Street, Milford. KCSD.

• 9:47 a.m. Wednesday - The pastor of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Silver Lake  in the 2500 block of West CR 900S, Silver Lake. reported that the church was broken into and ransacked. KCSD.

• 3:17 p.m. Wednesday - A burglary to an outbuilding in the 9100 block of West Hepton Road, Nappanee, was reported.  Items stolen included gaming systems, controllers and cell phones. Loss: $875. KCSD.

• 3:17 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported a residential fence had a lock cut off in the 2700 block of East Lilly Court, Warsaw. Value: $50. KCSD.

• 3:34 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Warsaw Community Schools in the 200 block of North Lincoln Street, Warsaw, reported criminal mischief by a juvenile. WPD.

• 4:50 p.m. Wednesday - A motorist was found to be driving without a license in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:11 p.m. Wednesday - An officer investigated a possible intoxicated motorist in possession of paraphernalia in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. WPD.
