• 2:07 p.m. Tuesday - Paul Edward Adams, 41, of 1202 Wooster Road, #47, Winona Lake, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond set.

• 3:14 p.m. Tuesday - Keith Dewayne Ray, 48, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $450.

• 4:10 p.m. Tuesday - Ashley Nicole Tillberry, 21, of 911 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 5:44 p.m. Tuesday - Larry William Smith Jr., 37, of 1862 S. CR 1600E, Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter and for possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,750.

• 6:55 p.m. Tuesday - Cary Duane Walls, 44, of 1906B Sand Castle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond listed.

• 11:18 p.m. Tuesday - Kenneth James Graff, 35, of 201 E. Van Buren St., Leesburg, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 12:04 a.m. today - Robert Gordon Wyatt, 26, of 516 W. Pike St., Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $500.

• 4:13 p.m. Monday - 620 W. CR 300N, Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Alek A. Kintz, Churubusco. Driver: Jillian E. Maust, 39, Prairie Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:34 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Main Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Mimi S. Larue, 65, South Maple Grove Drive, Warsaw; Andrew K. Jones, 33, Carmel. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 8:52 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Detroit Street and West CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Karen L. Veach, 52, South CR 450W, Claypool; Eduardo Duenas-Duron, 18, East Pierceton Road, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 3:38 p.m. Tuesday - Ind. 15, 250 feet south of West Prairie Street, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Samantha A. Condit, 27, EMS B42 Lane, Leesburg; Steven J. Pontius, 54, South CR 1400E, Akron. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:26 a.m. Monday - An officer saw a disabled vehicle in the 200 block of Smith Street, Leesburg, and the driver was taken into custody for possession of marijuana. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 4:26 a.m. Monday - A woman reported her wallet was taken from her purse in her vehicle in the 3700 block of North Ind. 13, Pierceton. Loss: $48. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 10:28 a.m. Monday - A person reported criminal mischief to a house in the 100 block of Kincaid Street, Warsaw. Damage: $500. WPD.

• 1:49 p.m. Monday - A man was arrested on outstanding warrants after being recognized by police in the 2600 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:03 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 100 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:34 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:34 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:41 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 500 block of West Railroad Avenue, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 6:55 p.m. Monday - A battery was reported in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:56 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 100 block of East Wood Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 7:16 p.m. Monday - A person threatening/attempting suicide was reported in the 1300 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9 p.m. Monday - A fight was reported in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:21 p.m. Monday - A woman reported possible drug paraphernalia she found in her residence in the 2500 block of Glad Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:50 p.m. Tuesday - A woman was arrested for an active parole violation warrant in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:33 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported the theft of jewelry in the 200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Value: $400. WPD.

• 5:52 p.m. Tuesday - A person in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for medical clearance before going to Bowen Center for a 24-hour emergency detention. WPD.

• 6:24 p.m. Tuesday - A man was arrested on an active parole warrant in the 1900 block of Sand Castle Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:05 a.m. today - A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 100 block of East Esterbrook Drive, North Webster. Loss: $21. North Webster Police Department investigated.
