By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1801-MF-000007 wherein STAR Financial Bank was Plaintiff, and Cabrina M. Randels; Parkshore Place Condominium Home Owners Association Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of June, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Unit 1F in the Park Shore Place Condominiums Horizontal Property Regime according to the Declarations thereof as recorded in Miscellaneous Record 81, page 164, under date of July 7, 1989, and as amended by Amendment, thereof as recorded in Miscellaneous Record 84, page 317 and 318, under date of May 16, 1990, and as amended by Amendment, thereof recorded as Instrument Number 92-05-1165, under date of May 26, 1992 and as amended by Amendments, thereof recorded as Instrument Number 94-05-1058 and 94-05-1059, under date of May 20, 1994 and as Amended by Amendment, thereof recorded as Instrument Number 95-03-0060, under date of March 1, 1995 and Corrected Amendment, thereof recorded as Instrument Number 95-03-0367 under date of March 9, 1995 and Re-recorded March 23, 1995 as Instrument Number 95-03-0907 and Amended by Amendment, thereof recorded as Instrument Number 95-12-0688, under date of December 14, 1995, and Amended by Amendment, thereof recorded as Instrument Number 96-10-1429, under date of October 28, 1996, and Amended by Amendment, thereof recorded as Instrument Number 97-04-1119, under date of April 23, 1997, and Amended by Amendment, thereof recorded as Instrument Number 98-01-04072, under date of January 12, 1998 and Amended by Special Amendment, thereof recorded as Instrument Number 2000-02-0287, under date of February 7, 2000 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Together with an undivided 1.83 percent interest in the common areas and facilities and limited common areas and facility as shown on the Site Plan for Park Shore Place Condominiums Horizontal Property Regime, and together with a Five (5) foot wide walk easement as shown on the Site Plan for Park Shore Place Condominiums Horizontal Property Regime, Phase III.
