• 5:17 a.m. Monday - Todd Douglas Warren, 54, of 38 EMS B38 Lane, Leesburg, arrested on four counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,610.50.

• 2:25 p.m. Monday - Timothy Leigh Bowen Jr., 27, Knox, arrested on eight counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $2,415.82.

• 4:35 p.m. Monday - Joshua Michael Monroe, 19, of 508 Inwood Circle, Syracuse, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 4:44 p.m. Monday - Blake Allen Honeycutt, 20, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 5:13 p.m. Monday - Curtis Brian Collins, 41, of 5898 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony, four counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,215.96.

• 6:24 p.m. Monday - Damonte LaTorensene Phillips, 18, of 1202 E. Center St., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for a delinquent act by a juvenile and theft. Bond: $500.

• 6:37 p.m. Monday - Adam Edward Hurley, 37, of 5151 N. CR 925E, #24, North Webster, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 9:41 p.m. Monday - Amber Rose Booher, 32, of 6838 E. CR 600N, North Webster, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 1:26 a.m. today - Austin Michael Parks, 18, of 120 S. Jackson St., Atwood, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:50 a.m. today - Fayette Robinette, 58, of 9462 N. Ind. 19, #24, Etna Green, arrested for neglect of a dependant with bodily injury. Bond: $41,000.

• 5:24 a.m. today - Mario Isaac Martinez, 34, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #88, Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $500.

Personal Injury Accident

• 4:21 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and 059E Ramp, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Chase J. Heltzel, 23, North Dolan Drive, Syracuse; Ricky A. Wright, 23, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Wright complained of wrist pain and was assessed by medics at the scene but refused treatment; a passenger in Heltzel's pickup, Carolyn J. McNees, 23, North Old 15, Warsaw, complained of head pain and was assessed by medics at the scene but refused treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:26 a.m. Monday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 800W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Robert C. Avery, 47, East Barrington Place, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 9:05 a.m. Monday - Ind. 15, 30 feet south of East Market Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Alysha N. Cook, 26, South Lake Street, Warsaw; Christian M. McCray, 39, Marjorie Street, Winona Lake; Aleigha J. Puckett, 28, South CR 300E, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 4 p.m. Sunday - A person reported being threatened by a co-worker in the 9000 block of South Hohman Lane, Claypool. KCSD.

• 6:25 p.m. Sunday - A person reported an invasion of privacy in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:26 a.m. Monday - An officer saw a disabled vehicle in the 200 block of Smith Street, Leesburg, and the driver was taken into custody for possession of marijuana. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 4:26 a.m. Monday - A woman reported her wallet was taken from her purse in her vehicle in the 3700 block of North Ind. 13, Pierceton. Loss: $48. KCSD.

• 10:28 a.m. Monday - A person reported criminal mischief to a house in the 100 block of Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Damage: $500. WPD.

• 4:03 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 100 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:34 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:34 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:41 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 500 block of West Railroad Avenue, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 6:56 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 100 block of East Wood Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 7:16 p.m. Monday - A person threatening/attempting suicide was reported in the 1300 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9 p.m. Monday - A fight was reported in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:21 p.m. Monday - A woman reported possible drug paraphernalia she found in her residence in the 2500 block of Glad Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:27 a.m. today - A man was arrested for possession of methamphetamines and possession of paraphernalia in the 1600 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
