The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 8:18 p.m. Thursday – John Walter Little, 54, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:39 p.m. Thursday – Ashely Nicole Lee, 28, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated under a controlled substance, reckless driving, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:06 p.m. Thursday – Danny Lee Prater, 54, of 5097 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for theft, failure to appear and a warrant. Bond:?$1,385.

•12:54 a.m. Friday – Durelle A. Daniels, 32, Chicago, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.



Property Damage Accidents

• 6:29 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of CR 550 and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Jeremy R. Shambaugh, 36, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 10:52 a.m. Thursday – 1019 E. Mariners Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle struck a large rock in the road, ended up in the yard of a business. Car registered to Brandon Conley, West CR 550S, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Incidents

• 6:34 a.m. Wednesday – Police were alerted to two people sleeping in a car in the 600 block of North Main Street, North Webster. Both were arrested on drug charges. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 10 a.m. Wednesday – Report of a threat made at Warsaw Foundry, 1200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

•12:40 a.m. Thursday – Report of domestic battery with serious bodily injury in the 400 block of South Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.
