In the second game, Grace took the lead first. Abby Mozingo and Sam Heim laced back-to-back singles. Britney Young then singled up the middle to plate Mozingo for the game’s first run.

In the bottom of the fifth, Grace racked up five hits to score four runs. Chandler Elliott had an RBI single to score Mozingo, and Britney Young’s RBI single tied the game.

Garner then drove in Emily Bobb for the go-ahead run, and Hannah Harless’s sacrifice fly put the Lady Lancers on top 5-3.
