Danny Eugene ‘Brummy’ Brumfield

Dan graduated in 1967 from Warsaw High School and worked at DePuy from 1978 until retiring in 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Brumfield; Stuart Brumfield (wife Amanda) and their children, Mikayla, Tiffany and Daniel; and Morgan Kelly and her children, Gabriel and Jadyn. He is also survived by his mother, Nancy; two sisters, Jody Burns (husband Tom) and Patty Williams (husband Chuck); along with several nieces, nephews and their children.
Dan was preceded in death by his father, Eugene, and his sister, Ruth.
Dan was a member of Midway Road Baptist Church, Fort Pierce, Fla. He was a member of Elks Lodge 802, Warsaw, and served as a past Exalted Ruler as well as member of Warsaw Masonic Lodge 73, F.&A.M., Fort Wayne Valley Scottish Rite, Mizpah Shrine Temple, Fort Wayne, and served on the board of directors at Rozella Ford Golf Course.
Dan was loved by all and never met a stranger. He loved his family without end, enjoyed golfing, bowling, the Cubs and the Bears.
A memorial service will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, at 3 p.m. April 7, with Chaplain Murry Herron, major, United States Army, retired, and Pastors Israel Young and Glenn Hall officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m.
