• 11:24 a.m. Tuesday - Nichole Lynne Eckert, 44, of 10208 S. Roosevelt St., Silver Lake, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,500.

• 12:22 p.m. Tuesday - Zachary Joseph Seabolt, 18, of 18 E. Haiden Drive, #36, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 4:32 p.m. Tuesday - Timothy Joseph Arndt II, 28, of 509 E. Prairie St., Syracuse, arrested for dealing meth, enhanced, 5 to 10 grams. Bond: $25,250.

• 5:16 p.m. Tuesday - Jerry Wayne Jilton, 28, of 509 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for dealing meth. Bond: $25,250.

• 6:08 p.m. Tuesday - Mason Craig Mauk, 16, of 1049 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for robbery causing serious bodily injury, burglary causing serious bodily injury, battery causing bodily injury and theft. Bond: $125,250.

• 6:38 p.m. Tuesday - Nathan Michael Ries, 17, of 8017 E. Pioneer Way, North Webster, arrested for robbery causing serious bodily injury, burglary causing serious bodily injury, battery with a deadly weapon and theft. Bond: $125,250.

• 12:29 a.m. today - Brian James Davies, 61, of 9827 N. Lincoln Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 to .15. Bond: $700.

• 6:56 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Main Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Lora S. Hackworth, 43, North CR 150W, Warsaw; Brandon J. Cordell, 32, East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Injury: Hackworth complained of pain to the lower arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:14 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West CR 700S and South CR 700W, Mentone. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jamie L. Davis, 35, South CR 1275E, Akron; Annalyn R. Krieg, 40, East Ind. 114, Akron. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 1:17 p.m. Tuesday - 100 N. Detroit Street, Warsaw. Pickup hit parked pickup registered to Benny R. Stage, North Lindsay Street, Claypool. Driver: Shandi M. Taylor, 28, North Parker Street, Warsaw. Taylor did not have insurance or a valid license and was cited. Damage: Under $750. WPD.

• 5:26 p.m. Tuesday - East CR 350N, 600 feet west of North Saddlebrook Lane, Warsaw. Car hit goose. Driver: Nathan R. Sheetz, 25, East CR 450N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:29 p.m. Tuesday - East U.S. 30, 1,000 feet east of South CR 900E, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Rebeca N. Quirindongo, 28, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 10:13 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 13, 500 feet north of North CR 650E, Syracuse. Car went off road. Driver: Brian J. Davies, 61, North Lincoln Road, Syracuse. Davies was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 6 p.m. Saturday – A woman reported receiving a fraudulent check as payment for a camper in the 100 block of Columbia Drive, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 1 a.m. Sunday – A vehicle  crashed into a parked vehicle in the 400 block of West Railroad Street, Etna Green. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. KCSD.

• 10:48 p.m. Sunday – A theft was reported in the 300 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 12:04 p.m. Monday – Battery between a husband and wife was reported at a Milford business in the 1000 block of North Old 15, Milford. KCSD.

• 12:46 p.m. Monday – Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of North Warren Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:07 p.m. Monday – A person was arrested on an out-of-county warrant in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:45 p.m. Monday – Fraud was reported in the 900 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:43 p.m. Monday – A vehicle crash was reported in the 200 block of North Main Street, Claypool, where an unattended vehicle rolled into a garage, causing damage to the vehicle, the garage and another vehicle parked in the garage. KCSD.

• 6:47 p.m. Monday - A person reported an IRS fraud in the 100 block of West State Street, Etna Green. KCSD.

• 7:59 p.m. Monday - A person in the 1600 block of West Briar Ridge Road, Warsaw, reported the unauthorized use of a Kohl's charge account. KCSD.

• 4:55 a.m. Tuesday - A person in the 1600 block of West CR 400N, Warsaw, reported a possible fraud. KCSD.

• 9:44 a.m. Tuesday - A person in the 5600 block of South Country Club Road, Warsaw, reported a fraud. KCSD.

• 7:43 p.m. Tuesday - A person reported a burglary to a residence in the 11800 block of North Hansel & Gretel Lane, Cromwell. Loss: $16,400. KCSD.

• 4:33 a.m. today - An officer was dispatched to the 3000 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw, in reference to shots fired. KCSD.
