• 2:18 p.m. Friday – Intersection of North Ind. 15 and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Car–pickup collision. Drivers: Connie L. Dragan, 72, North 2nd Trail, North Webster; Woody R. Huffman, 66, East CR 500N, North Webster. Injuries: Both drivers complained of chest pain and were examined by Lutheran EMS but refused further medical treatment. Damage: $5,000–$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:40 p.m. Friday – East Smith Street, 60 feet east of South Maple Avenue, Warsaw. Van–car collision. Drivers: David R. Hoagland, 50, South CR 675W, Warsaw; E.A. Farmer, 32, West Woodland Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Farmer complained of pain to the neck and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital; Jennifer L. Cullins, 47, Fisher Avenue, a passenger in Hoagland's van, complained of pain to the back but declined medical attention at the scene. Damage: $2,500–$5,000. WPD.

• 9:58 a.m. Friday – A drug overdose was reported in the 8700 block of West CR 1250S, Akron. The subject was found in possession of a syringe. KCSD.

• 12:52 p.m. Friday – An officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding in the 11000 block of North Ind. 15, Milford. The driver was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Milford Police Department investigated.
