The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:50 a.m. Friday – Ryan James Frost, 32, of 3309 18B Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for possession of a precursor. No bond set.

• 11:18 a.m. Friday – Kyle Thomas Henson, 32, of 300 Pieta Street, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child. Bond: $6,000.

• 1:33 p.m. Friday – Charles Douglas Smith, 48, of Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:28 p.m. Friday – Amber Dawn Bromley, 30, of 504A Ross Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft. No bond set.

• 2:55 p.m. Friday – Misty Ann Kern, 37, of 340 E. Levi Lee Rd. #120, Warsaw, arrested for theft. No bond set.

• 5 p.m. Friday – Brad Lee Niles, 31, of 1014 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for felony drug court violation. No bond set.

• 5:17 p.m. Friday – Stephanie Lynn Rudd, 27, of North Judson, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:49 p.m. Friday – David Jason Lambert, 43, of 6 EMS B25A Lane, Pierceton, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of a narcotic, possession of a syringe for a legend drug and driving while suspended. No bond set.



Incidents

• 10:20 p.m. Thursday – A person reported being battered in the 2100 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:29 a.m. Friday – A car parked on private property in the 1100 block of Country club Drive, Warsaw, was damaged. Damage estimate: $2,501-$5,000. WPD.

• 12:22 p.m. Friday – A person reported being battered in the 2600 block of North Ind. 13, Pierceton. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
