His family is celebrating the event with an open house at the Old Train Depot, 115 E. Market St., Pierceton.

The event will be from 1 to 3 p.m. March 31.

Hosting the event will be his children, Cheryl, Deb and Jeff.

The family requests that no gifts be brought to the celebration.
