The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 2:55 a.m. Wednesday - Andrew Tyler Corn, 21, of 504 W. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for disorderly conduct - noise. Bond: $300.

• 12:01 p.m. Wednesday - Eberaia Demone Fields, 44, Logansport, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a prior. No bond set.

• 12:02 p.m. Wednesday - Dennis Dwayne Vandiver II, 42, of 1816 Rieder St., Warsaw, arrested for assisting a criminal - felony. Bond: $10,250.

• 1:10 p.m. Wednesday - Mitchell Patrick Hall, 46, Wolcottville, arrested for domestic battery with a prior, failure to appear - original charge felony, probation violation - misdemeanor, stalking - threatening sexual battery/serious bodily injury/death, and probation violation - felony. Bond: $21,449.

• 4:51 p.m. Wednesday - Gary Thomas Castle Jr., 24, of 504 Ross Ave., #B, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 10:11 p.m. Wednesday - Devon Pete Poe, 30, of 3474 E. East Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for false informing and driving while suspended. Bond: $600.

• 12:08 a.m. today - Guadalupe Cervantes Cervantes, 23, of 435 Logan St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $700.

• 1:40 a.m. today - Skyler Lee Dutton, 25, of 714 South Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $978.



Personal Injury Accident

• 4:08 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Detroit and East Main streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Anjil D. Bradley, 26, North Runkle Drive, Warsaw; Ken D. Anderson, 34, West CR 800S, Claypool. Injury: Bradley complained of chest pain but refused medical attention. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 10:54 a.m. Monday - East CR 500N, 1,000 feet west of EMS T7 Lane, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Mark S. Whealy, 58, EMS W30B Lane, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 4:44 p.m. Monday - 99 Chestnut Street, Winona Lake. SUV hit safety barrier pole belonging to Lake City Bank. Driver: Christian L. Schmidt, 20, EMS T6 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $750-$1,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:25 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Maple City Dispensing reported the theft of items in the 1000 block of West Brooklyn Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 1:12 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported damage to her vehicle while parked in the 4200 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $100. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:03 p.m. Tuesday - A person was reported making suicide threats in the 3000 block of Inverness Point, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:17 a.m. Wednesday - A woman reported her ex-boyfriend sideswiped her vehicle in the 2100 block of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 10:08 a.m. Wednesday - A student was reported in possession of a vape and assorted oils in the 8300 block of South Ind. 19, Akron. KCSD.

• 12:27 p.m. Wednesday - A man reported suspicious activity on his credit card in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:36 p.m. Wednesday - Officers responded to a juvenile complaint in the 300 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:59 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported criminal mischief to a home in the 400 block of East CR 1150N, Milford, on March 10. A window had been damaged. KCSD.

• 4:21 p.m. Wednesday - A license plate was reported stolen in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 7:52 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported a vehicle door was dinged in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $100. WPD.

• 7:53 p.m. Wednesday - A woman reportedly took extra prescription pills in the 1300 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:31 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop occurred in the 800 block of East Arthur Street, Warsaw. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and possession of paraphernalia. WPD.
