• 8:51 a.m. Tuesday - Joseph Keith Todd Jr., 54, of 510 S. Harkless Drive, #10, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 3:51 p.m. Tuesday - Coty Allan Prater, 30, of 367 W. River Chase Drive, Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 5:24 p.m. Tuesday - Jeremy Jacob Neibert, 28, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #11, Warsaw, arrested for false informing, being a habitual traffic violator, possession of a narcotic and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:31 p.m. Tuesday - Adrienne Michelle Poe, 26, of 4299 S. CR 600W, Mentone, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 6:54 p.m. Tuesday - Hugo Arturo Ramirez, 32, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #104, Warsaw, arrested for synthetic identity deception. Bond: $5,500.

• 7:47 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel Paul Copley, 35, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #137, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 10:32 p.m. Tuesday - Amber Lenn Hobbs, 28, of 5831 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 10:51 p.m. Tuesday - Noe Ybarra, 33, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, invasion of privacy and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:17 p.m. Tuesday - James Lawrence Foster, 52, Goshen, arrested for nonsupport of a dependent. Bond: $6,500.

• 1:54 a.m. today - Roberta Jo Hodge, 39, of 2246 W. CR 100S, #206, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 8:19 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East CR 1200S and South CR 300E, Warsaw. Car went off road and hit several trees. Driver: Shaytonna N. Leavitt, 29, East Ind. 14, Silver Lake. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 4:47 p.m. Monday - West Ind. 14, 500 feet east of South Bouse Drive, Warsaw. Pickup went off road and hit fence belonging to JL Parker Farms, West Ind. 14, Silver Lake, and Indiana Department of Transportation sign. Driver: Travis D. Rans, 26, South CR 700E, Akron. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.

• 4:53 p.m. Tuesday - A parked and unoccupied car registered to David E. Halas, South County Farm Road, Warsaw, rolled forward, down a slight decline and into the rear end of a parked and unoccupied car registered to Anabelle G. Saylor, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 6:13 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop in the 100 block of EMS W23 Lane, North Webster, led to the arrest of a man for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical testing. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 6:39 p.m. Monday - Domestic battery was reported in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:46 a.m. Tuesday - A firearm was reported stolen in the 300 block of North Hickory Street East, North Webster. NWPD.

• 9:38 a.m. Tuesday - The theft of wood from a barn was reported in the 6300 block of South Ind. 15, Claypool. Value: $1,000. KCSD.

• 10:58 a.m. Tuesday - A man reported criminal mischief to his vehicle in the 100 block of West CR 250N, Warsaw. The front driver's side window was shot out with a BB gun. KCSD.
