• 9:59 a.m. Monday - Traci Dianne Craig, 29, of 436 W. Riverchase Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $283.

• 12:07 p.m. Monday - Darren Jay Heinzman, 36, of 4409 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for dealing meth, dealing a narcotic 1 to 5 grams and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $15,250.

• 12:50 p.m. Monday - Lucas Wayne Dager, 29, of 9648 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and driving while suspended. Bond: $600.

• 7:30 p.m. Monday - Anthony James Geib, 33, of 720 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $512.

• 8:12 p.m. Monday - Aaron Kaylan Case, 22, of 307 Mineral Springs Ave., Winona Lake, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 8:15 p.m. Monday - Olivia Rene Bowser-Gibson, 18, of 113 Woodlawn Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 9:39  p.m. Monday - Dodanim Apolinar Alarcon, 37, of 3762 W. Old 30, #698, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 10:07 p.m. Monday - Danny Frank Warren, 49, of 38 EMS B38 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.



Personal Injury Accident

• 2:46 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 875W, Etna Green. Two-car collision. Drivers: Stephen D. Stine, 74, North CR 875W, Etna Green ; Brian L. Farmer, 48, Crown Point. Injuries: Stine reported feeling dizzy; Farmer complained of pain to the chest; Alleson Farmer, 8, a passenger in Brian Farmer's car, reported pain to the neck, chest and belly. The Farmers were taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital by ambulance. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 1:04 a.m. Saturday - North Ind. 19, 100 feet north of West Hepton Road, Nappanee. Car went off road and hit concrete pillar. Driver: Joseph S. Beck, 22, Goshen. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 10:09 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of West Ind. 14 and South CR 925W, Silver Lake. Pickup went off road and hit an electric fence belonging to Gene Miller, Ind. 14, Akron, and a utility pole, snapping the pole, and knocking out power. Driver: James M. Buskirk, 65, South Pheasant Place, Claypool. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 4:01 p.m. Saturday - South Packerton Road, 32 feet north of East Pearl Street, Claypool. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Jessica L. Saunders, 28, South Harrison Street, Warsaw; Cathryn E. Myers, 59, Marion. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 10:11 p.m. Sunday - Jalynn Street, 450 feet west of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Richard A. Wroughton, 62, Glad Street, Warsaw; Lidia O. Evangelista, 20, Goshen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:33 p.m. Friday - Officers responded to a burglary discovered by property managers in the 10600 block of North Southshore Drive, Syracuse. Items taken included consumable goods and residential door keys. Loss: $10. KCSD.

• 5:46 p.m. Friday - A wallet was found and turned in, in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Value: $200. WPD.

• 6:17 p.m. Friday - A burglary was reported in the 300 block of North Front Street, Syracuse. Items taken include computer hardware and software and cash. Loss: $2,125. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 4:12 a.m. Saturday - A person fled from police in a vehicle in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:47 a.m. Saturday - A traffic stop in the 100 block of North Rebecca Street, Claypool led to the arrest for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 8:50 a.m. Saturday - A woman reported waking up and finding a bullet hole in her window in the 4200 block of North Aspen Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 8:38 a.m. Monday - An employee of Lassus Handy Dandy in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw, reported suspicious property was found behind the business. WPD.

• 8:44 a.m. Monday - A welfare check was conducted in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 10:42 a.m. Monday - A man reported a neighbor's dog got into his yard and killed one chicken and injured another in the 12800 block of North CR 60W, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 11:17 a.m. Monday - A person reported a hit-skip to his vehicle while parked in the 7300 block of East CR 800N, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 3:25 p.m. Monday - A domestic battery involving a juvenile was reported in the 100 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:01 p.m. Monday - A woman reported the theft of cash and checks from a purse in the 500 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Loss: $813. WPD.

• 6:39 p.m. Monday - A domestic battery was reported in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
