• 2:51 p.m. Saturday – Zachary Tyler Dustin, 27, of 3351 E. James Way Court, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

Personal Injury Accident

• 9:36 a.m. Saturday – West CR 900N, 500 feet east of North CR 425W, Milford. SUV went off road and came to rest on the driver's side. Driver: Maricela C. Torres, 33, West Prairie Street, Leesburg. Injury: A passenger in Torres' SUV, Nevaeh E. Bonee, 12, West Prairie Street, Leesburg, suffered a fracture to the upper arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 10:14 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of North CR 100E and East CR 1400N, Milford. Car went through stop sign and stopped in an embankment. Driver: Neal R. Minnick, 37, East Washington Street, Syracuse. Minnick had a habitual traffic violator for life suspension on his driver's license and allegedly was in possession of paraphernalia and heroin at the time of his arrest. Damage: Under $750. KCSD.

• 10:22 a.m. Saturday – 302 W. Market St., Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Terry N. Perkins, South South HIll Drive, Silver Lake. Driver: Carleigh A. Freeman, 27, West Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:06 a.m. Saturday – South CR 600E, 32 feet south of East Pierceton Road, Pierceton. Two pickups collided. Drivers: Bradley G. Craig, 51, South CR 600E, Pierceton; Eddie M. Craft, 58, East Washington Road, Pierceton. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 12:36 p.m. Saturday – North Ind. 15, 400 feet north of CR 300N, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Jacob T. Risch, 19, Gladwin, Mich.; Steven L. Rockwell, 52, East CR 1400N, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 4:48 p.m. Saturday – East Defreese Road, 50 feet east of EMS D17 Lane, Syracuse. Car went off road and rolled onto driver's side. Driver: Brandi J. Helton, 36, Habour Landing Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 12:33 p.m. Friday – Police responded to a report of a burglary of jewelry and gold coins in the 10600 block of North Southshore Drive, Syracuse. Loss: $65,300. KCSD.

• 3:03 p.m. Friday – A person was arrested for driving without a license in the 100 block of South Bronson Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:03 p.m. Friday – NIPSCO utility poles, electric SVC, gutter and other damage was reported in the 9000 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 11:34 p.m. Friday – A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 100 block of Kings Highway, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 7:23 p.m. Saturday – Officers investigated a traffic accident in the 2600 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, which resulted in the arrested of the driver for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. WPD.

• 10:41 p.m. Saturday – A man reported a verbal threat was made over the telephone in the 1200 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. WLPD.

• 12:03 a.m. Sunday – An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of merchandise. Value: $372.86. WPD.

• 7:08 a.m. Sunday – Officers responded to a report of a man entering a home in violation of a protective order in the 400 block of East CR 1150N, Milford. The man was gone by the time officers arrived. KCSD.

• 11:44 a.m. Sunday – A man was reported looking into the vehicles at the Oswego Mini Mart, yelling at unknown persons and generally acting suspicious in the 100 block of EMS T29 Lane, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 2:32 p.m. Sunday – A person was arrested on a warrant in the 400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:23 p.m. Sunday – A burglary was reported in the 12800 block of South Ind. 14, Akron. KCSD.
