• 10:55 a.m. Friday – Steven Ray Bennett Jr., 29, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia – misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:03 p.m. Friday - Ashley Nicole Hughes, 35, of 1396 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for theft over $50,000; failure to appear – misdemeanor; and two counts of failure to pay. Bond: $7,464.40.

• 3:04 p.m. Friday – Mikhail Lee Devon McDonough, 19, of 308 E. Market St., Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia – misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 4:40 p.m. Friday – Ryan James Frost, 32, of 3309 18B Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for theft. Bond: $283.

• 5:33 p.m. Friday – Zachary Lane Webb, 19, of 9104 S. Faye Lane, Claypool, arrested for probation violation – misdemeanor and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:21 p.m. Friday - Toni Rae Little, 31, Daleville, arrested for failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 9:44 p.m. Wednesday - CR 700W, 40 feet south of CR 100N, Atwood. Car hit deer. Driver: Kyla M. Pace, 20, North Camelot Lane East, Cromwell. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 9:03 a.m. Thursday - North Ind. 25, 955 feet north of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Car went off road, into ditch, rolled onto an embankment. Driver: Shelly L. Krueger, 61, North Tucker Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 1:29 p.m. Friday - East U.S. 30, 300 feet east of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: John R. Gray, 31, Robson Road, Winona Lake; Kenneth L. Fisher, 56, South CR 700E, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:29 p.m. Wednesday - A subject was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deal, possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth in the 1300 block of North Long Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 5:51 p.m. Wednesday - A driver reported she struck a mailbox with her vehicle's mirror in the 600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $200. KCSD.

• 6:55 p.m. Wednesday - A battery was reported and investigated in the 100 block of EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse, with charges forwarded to the prosecutor's office. KCSD.

• 8:48 a.m. Thursday - A burglary attempt was reported in the 800 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 9:07 a.m. Thursday - An employee of Snyder Food Distributing reported the theft of 11 money bags from a vehicle in the 500 block of West Railroad Avenue, Syracuse. Loss: $2,000. SPD.

• 11:22 a.m. Thursday - A man reported items taken from his vehicle in the 4900 block of East CR 1200N, Syracuse. Loss: $200. KCSD.

• 9:24 p.m. Thursday - A man reported a theft from his vehicle in the 600 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Loss: $5. WPD.

• 10:11 p.m. Thursday - A woman that failed to return to Kosciusko County Work Release was stopped on a traffic violation and she gave a false name in the 100 block of North CR 650W, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 10:57 p.m. Thursday - A man was charged with possession of paraphernalia in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:51 a.m. Friday - A subject in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw, was committed for a mental health evaluation. WPD.

• 5:54 a.m. Friday - A woman reported a theft of money, an audio-visual recording and other items from her vehicle in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Loss: $35. WPD.

• 9:39 a.m. Friday - A subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamines in the 1300 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.
