• 1:57 a.m. Thursday – Kevin Cleon Clark, 41, Goshen, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and wanted on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $450.
• 4:18 p.m. Thursday – Gary Lee Jones, 29, of 500 Meadow View Drive, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor and theft. Bond: $2,750.
• 4:18 p.m. Thursday – Steven Ray Bennett, 54, of 227 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator for life. Bond: $10,250.
• 9:06 p.m. Thursday – Zachary Allen Evett, 22, of 9675 E. Seneca Lane, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.
• 9:08 p.m. Thursday – Johnathon Wade Shepherd, 23, of 901 S. Caleb Court, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance; possession of marijuana - misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.
• 9:31 p.m. Thursday – Lee Ann Lowrance, 34, of 920 Anchorage Road, #53, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony and failure to appear - original charge felony. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:27 p.m. Thursday – Cora Gail Warstler, 21, of 210 South St., Burket, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.
• 11:15 p.m. Thursday – Rick James Henderson, 58, of 207 Court St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.
Incidents
• 1:58 p.m. Wednesday - Police were asked to conduct a welfare check in the 12600 block of South Ind. 13, North Manchester. A woman was found deceased. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
• 2:30 p.m. Wednesday - A man reported the theft of a tow hitch, vehicle registration, min mag lighter, and other items from a vehicle in the 10100 block of North CR 400E, Syracuse. Loss: $125. KCSD.
• 9 a.m. Thursday - An employee of Lake City Bank in the 100 block of South Main Street, Milford, reported a possible counterfeit $20 bill in the town's deposit. Milford Police Department investigated.
9:59 a.m. Thursday - A woman reported her husband was unresponsive in the 400 block of South Franklin Street, Mentone. KCSD.
• 3:52 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for being a habitual traffic violator in the 600 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:47 p.m. Thursday - Paraphernalia was found in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:57 p.m. Thursday - A man was charged with possession of paraphernalia in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.
Personal Injury Accident
• 1:39 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Linda D. Bruss, 51, Pimlico Drive, Warsaw; Leslie S. Plumlee, 56, East St. Andrews Road South, Winona Lake. Injury: Bruss was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for pain to her wrists and left knee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD

• 5:07 p.m. Wednesday - East U.S. 30, 200 feet east of Springhill Drive, Warsaw. Semi-tractor-trailer and car collision. Drivers: Michael A. Meador, 43, Anderson; Devra M. Stills, 26, South Bourbon Street, Bourbon. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
