The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:18 a.m. Wednesday – Gregory Steven Archer, 46, of 11075 N. Polyanna Pike, Cromwell, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500.

• 2:29 p.m. Wednesday – Alex Glenn Homister, 20, of 1304 N. Long Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana with a prior and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 3:59 p.m. Wednesday – David B. Henson, 47, Hamilton, arrested for failure to appear – original charge felony. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:51 p.m. Wednesday – Rox Anne Gayheart, 58, of 3086 S. Lake Trail, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 5:43 p.m. Wednesday – Anthony Wayne Pollard Jr., 51, of 9567 E. Adams Road, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery causing serious bodily injury, invasion of privacy and failure to appear. Bond: $11,750.

• 6:04 p.m. Wednesday – Misty Ann Kern, 37, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #120, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $950.

• 9:29 p.m. Wednesday – William Shane Clevenger, 20, of 317 W. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for theft, resisting law enforcement and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $600.

• 10:42 p.m. Wednesday – Tyrome Deshawn Jones, 30, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 11:19 p.m. Wednesday – Aaron Alan Shepherd, 24, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $268.50.

• 7:47 a.m. today – Jason Michael Larkin, 35, of 5990 9B Road, Bourbon, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.



Property Damage Accidents

• 6:49 a.m. Tuesday – West Ind. 14, 500 feet west of South CR 100W, Silver Lake. Car went off road and ended up on its side. Driver: Marisol Vera, 31, East Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:22 a.m. Tuesday – South Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of West CR 1300S, Silver Lake. SUV went off road and slid into a tree and then swamp. Driver: Aaron J. Lewis, 19, South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. SLPD.

• 8:45 a.m. Tuesday – South Ind. 15, 55 feet south of East Center Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: John K. Whitaker, 47, East Orchard Street, Akron; Jamie M. Phillips, 40, East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:27 p.m. Tuesday – Jefferson Street, 30 feet east of Lake Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Nathaniel T. McFarland, 19, Robin Drive, Warsaw; Esther C. Morrison, 77, Brookview Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 3:24 p.m. Tuesday – A student was reportedly in possession of a vape device in the 8200 block of South Ind. 19, Akron. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 10:19 a.m. Tuesday – A man was arrested on parole violations in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:01 p.m. Tuesday – A person reported a suspicious incident from the previous night in the 1700 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:01 a.m. Wednesday – An employee of Zale Drug Store in the 1700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of items. Loss: $3. WPD.

• 3:31 p.m. Wednesday – A traffic stop occurred in the 800 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Driver was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.

• 4 p.m. Wednesday – A vehicle that was reported stolen was recovered in the 200 block of South Bronson Street, Warsaw. Value: $10,761.65. WPD.

• 8:19 p.m. Wednesday – A fight was investigated in the 700 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. A person was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, resisting law enforcement and criminal trespass. WPD.
