GOSHEN — Antiques and collectibles, vacation getaways and gift certificates are examples of the offerings that will be for sale at Community Church of Waterford’s Tidal Wave of Fun Auction on March 24.
A meal featuring pulled pork sandwich or homemade cheesy potato soup, chips, dessert and drink as well as snack items, a bake sale and a silent auction will kick off the day’s activities at 4 p.m. The live auction follows at 5:30 p.m.
The auction and dinner will be in the church’s facility at 65154 C.R. 21, southwest of Goshen.
The money raised by the auction will be used for the church’s ongoing ministries..
Annual Whole Hog Sausage And Pancake Dinner Saturday
PIERCETON — Pierceton United Methodist Church will have its annual whole hog sausage and pancake dinner Saturday.
The all-you-can-eat dinner will be from 4 to 7 p.m. in the fellowship room of the church. Cost is a freewill donation.
All proceeds from the dinner go to the mission of the church.
Anyone who ordered sausage can pick it up from noon to 5 p.m. Friday at the church.
The church is handicapped-accessible, with parking in the back.
Community Easter Egg Hunt Is March 24 At Otterbein UMC
ATWOOD — A community Easter egg hunt is planned for 1 p.m. March 24 at Otterbein United Methodist Church.
The event will feature crafts, games, prizes and refreshments.
The church is at 306 E. Main St., Atwood.
Free Community Meal Planned Tuesday In Sacred Heart Gym
A community meal will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Sacred Heart Church gym.
This month’s meal will feature sloppy joe sandwiches, baked beans, chips, fresh fruit and a variety of desserts. It is provided and served by Sacred Heart parishioners.
There is no charge for the meal. Everyone is welcome.

Rally For Traditional Marriage Saturday At Sacred Heart
A rosary rally for traditional marriage in America is planned for noon Saturday at the Sacred Heart School playground.
The rally is sponsored by America Needs Fatima, a campaign of the American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property. Those who attend will be praying to seek restoration of traditional marriage in America.

Breakfast Buffet, Other Events Will Aid Terflinger Family
NORTH MANCHESTER — A breakfast buffet to benefit the family of Finley Terflinger is planned from 7 to 10 a.m. Saturday at North Manchester Congregational Christian Church.
The buffet will include biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage links, fruit cups and drink. A freewill offering will be accepted; suggested donation is $5 per meal.
Finley is the 5-month-old daughter of Tim and Kara Terflinger. She began treatment for acute myeloid leukemia in February.
Members of American Legion Post 286 are partnering with the church to serve the breakfast.
In addition, a variety of baked goods will be sold, and “Finley Fierce” T-shirts will be available from 8 to 10 a.m. For every shirt purchased, $14 will go to the Terflinger family.
The church is at 310 N. Walnut St., North Manchester.
Swiss Steak Supper Planned Saturday In North Webster
NORTH WEBSTER — North Webster Church of the Brethren is having a swiss steak supper from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday.
Cost is $10 for adults.
The church is at 7281 E. CR 600N, North Webster.
Highway 13 Free United Church Having Revival March 18-23
PIERCETON — Highway 13 Free United Baptist Church is having revival meetings with Pastors Tony Bradford and Elmer Conley.
The meetings will be at 6 p.m. Sunday through March 23.

St. Anne’s Offers Contemplative, Contemporary Sunday Services
St. Anne’s Episcopal Church invites the public to come worship Sundays during Lent.
Rite 1 Mass is at 8 a.m. This is a solemn, contemplative service with music only during Communion. Rite II’s service is at 10:15 a.m. This Mass uses contemporary language and music.

Flocking Fundraiser Underway By Walnut Creek UMC Youth
Youth from Walnut Creek United Methodist Church are doing a "Flamingo Flocking" fundraiser for their mission trip to Brooklyn, N.Y., this summer.
For a fee, the youth will “flock” a home with 10 to 100 pink flamingoes. The price is based on the number of birds in the flock.

Conference Retreat Planned June 24-29 At Lindenwood
DONALDSON — Lindenwood Retreat and Conference Center will host the 2018 Conference Retreat June 24-29.
The retreat is designed to help attendees achieve a deeper prayer life, exemplified by the prayer life of Jesus and the early community of faith. Father Jerry Schweitzer will lead the retreat.
Cost is $300 for commuters and $600 to include overnight accommodations for one person. Meals and refreshments are included.
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. June 24 and the retreat concludes at 1 p. m. June 2. Registration deadline is June 20.
