Smith a/k/a Ashley Smith and Randy D. Smith, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of April, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot numbered Three Hundred Thirty-six (336) as the said Lot is known and designated on the recorded Plat of Tucker, Myers and Hackedorn's Addition (aka Original Plat of Mentone) to the Town of Mentone; said Plat being recorded in Plat Book 3, page 342 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 406 North Broadway, Mentone, IN 46539
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
