The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 2:17 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel Lee Drabenstott, 39, of 511 W. Himes St., North Webster, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $360.

• 4:39 p.m. Tuesday - Robert R. Lucas, 31, of 109 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for nonsupport of a dependent. No bond listed.

• 6:03 p.m. Tuesday - Bruce Erwin King, 22, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #5, Pierceton, arrested for theft - $750-$50,000 and corrupt business influence. Bond: $3,000.

• 7:04 p.m. Tuesday - Joseph Phillip Gerber II, 37, of 108 E. Pittsburgh St., #3, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:10 p.m. Tuesday - Juan Carlos Lopez, 26, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #120, Warsaw, arrested for OWI with a blood alcohol content of at least .15 and domestic battery. Bond: $5,700.

• 8:58 p.m. Tuesday - Beth Ann Bahney, 45, Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $715.

• 1:44 a.m. today - Antonio Amah Lee Brown, 22, homeless, arrested for failure to appear. No bond listed.

• 2:24 a.m. today - Shelby Storm Toth, 21, South Bend, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. No bond listed.



Personal Injury Accident

• 5:30 a.m. Tuesday - North CR 150W, 1,800 feet south of West CR 500N, Warsaw. Two-car collision; one driver left the scene prior to officer's arrival but was checked by medics and refused to be taken to hospital. Remaining driver: Elizabeth A. Rees, 45, North CR 150W, Warsaw. Other car registered to Darren J. Heinzman, East CR 100S, Pierceton. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 4:39 a.m. Sunday - U.S. 30, 500 feet east of Springhill Road, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Castille K. Dewells, 31, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

* 7:10 a.m. Sunday - East U.S. 30, 500 feet west of East Van Ness Road, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Justin R. Teel, 29, Deerfield Path, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 7:28 a.m. Tuesday - North Parker Street, 100 feet north of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Issiac Howard-Mitchell, 17, Pine Cone Lane, Warsaw; Karen S. Pope, 63, East Country Cove Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 7:32 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 13, 200 feet south of East CR 800N, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Angela A. Crabill, 46, East CR 500N, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 2:01 a.m. Tuesday - A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1800 block of South Ind. 19, Bourbon. The vehicle was found unoccupied by police who learned it had been reported stolen Monday. KCSD.

• 5:42 a.m. Tuesday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 4900 block of North CR 150W, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 3:11 p.m. Tuesday - A man in the 400 block of South Main Street, Milford, reported his credit card was fraudulently used at Kosciusko REMC. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 3:11 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported an auto theft in the 1500 block of South CR 950W, Mentone. Value: $8,000. KCSD.

• 9:05 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported the theft of jewelry, money and miscellaneous items from her vehicle in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. Loss: $4,009. WPD.

• 12:46 a.m. today - Driver arrested on a warrant in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
