• 8:48 a.m. Wednesday - Carmen Melillo Jr., 29, of 322 E. CR 575N, Leesburg, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:49 p.m. Wednesday - Hailey Kay Templeton, 34, of 939 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:25 p.m. Wednesday - Brock J. Croussore, 27, of 504 Mitchell Drive, #6, Rochester, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 2:20 p.m. Wednesday - Nicholas Jay Silva, 18, of 611 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 2:31 p.m. Wednesday - Andress Adame Cortes, 29, of 1202 Wooster Road, #21, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600.

• 2:53 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Lee Kierstead, 33, of 2803 Krista Lane, Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 3:11 p.m. Wednesday - Charles Douglas Zollinger, 29, of 9834 E. Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, arrested for possession of marijuana. No bond set.

• 3:49 p.m. Wednesday - Courtney Starr Bair, 24, of 19 North Mallard Lane, North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $227.27.

• 3:54 p.m. Wednesday - Nathan P. Hodges, 44, of 2505 Oriole Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 5:20 p.m. Wednesday - Cory Alan Reid Conley, 25, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #29, Pierceton, arrested for burglary, probation violation and theft. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:20 p.m. Wednesday - Erik Matthew Miller, 30, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $975.

• 8:30 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel Lee Swafford, 25, of 1104 N. Crete Drive, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,295.50.

• 9:54 p.m. Wednesday - Tylor Michael Hall, 23, of 204 W. Church St., Leesburg, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16, strangulation, criminal confinement, criminal conversion, intimidation and interfering with the reporting of a crime. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:38 p.m. Wednesday - Payton Serenity Kreis, 18, of 3211 W. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 3:54 a.m. today - Brandon Issac Daniel Cory, 20, of 106 W. Section St., Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.

• 3:56 a.m. today - Harley Alexis Miller, 19, of 1506 Tippecanoe Drive, Apt. D1, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 12:05 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Five-vehicle collision. Drivers: David S. Heminger, 33, East Pierceton Road, Warsaw; Johnathan J. Lubarski, 28, Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw; Andrew Y. McCarty, 26, Warner Robbins, Ga.; Brian D. McCarty, 51, South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw; Thomas R. Castle, 58, Fort Wayne.  Injuries: Heminger had minor bleeding to the head and taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne; Andrew McCarty complained of pain to the neck and was taken to Parkview Hospital Warsaw; Brian McCarty complained of pain to the back and was taken to Parkview Hospital Warsaw; Castle complained of pain to the neck. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:01 p.m. Wednesday - South Columbia Street, 50 feet north of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. SUV sideswiped a pickup, left road and came to rest against the building in the 300 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Larry D. Richardson, 61, Windsor Way, Warsaw; Justin S. Hertzler, 43, Robb Road, Warsaw. Injury: Richardson had bruising to the head and was taken to a hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 2:54 a.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 13, 2,000 feet north of South CR 650E, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Steven M. Aspinwall, 32, West 4th Street, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 8:44 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North CR 800E and East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Two-car collision. Drivers: Matthew T. Maloni, 46, North Bishop Road, Syracuse; Nicholas J. Bradley, 33, East Hunnicutt Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 8:45 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 900N, North Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Laura L. Cooper, 49, North Hiawatha Lane, Syracuse; Randy N. McMann, 62, Elkhart. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 4:05 p.m. Tuesday - Possible animal cruelty was reported in the 3400 block of West CR 100S, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 11:43 p.m. Tuesday - A man was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 2400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:38 a.m. Wednesday - A man was arrested on a felony warrant and for intimidation in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:52 a.m. Wednesday - A person reported the theft of tools in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5 p.m. Wednesday - A man reported damage to his vehicle in the 3400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:02 p.m. Wednesday - A wallet was found and returned to its owner in the 400 block of North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. WPD.
