• 3:19 p.m. Wednesday - Kendall Jo Kerlin, 32, of 1507 W. Ind. 14, Silver Lake, arrested for corrupt business influence. Bond: $12,500.

• 3:43 p.m. Wednesday - Amy Lee Pease, 24, Goshen, arrested for probation violation - felony. No bond set.

• 5:02 p.m. Wednesday - Ray Steven Linder, 25, Michigan City, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. Bond: $200.

• 6:28 p.m. Wednesday - Nicole Marie Huston, 38, Columbia City, arrested for corrupt business influence. Bond: $12,500.

• 8:05 p.m. Wednesday - Shanda Michelle Spacy, 27, of 9710 S. CR 100E, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear - felony and failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 8:50 p.m. Wednesday - Katarzyna Johnson, 37, of 427 E. CR 1150N, #2, Milford, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:43 p.m. Wednesday - Jessica Lynn Reed, 37, of 2123 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:08 a.m. today - Ridley Lee Brown, 38, of 502 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a narcotic. Bond: $5,250.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 2:28 p.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30, 200 feet east of Springhill Road, Warsaw. Five-vehicle collision. Drivers: Francisco J. Brito, 26, East Wooster Road, Pierceton; Joshua A. Scully, 36, Fort Wayne; Daniel W. Harper, 44, Leesburg; Kacy M. McClelland, 32, East Dove Lane, Milford; Adrienne M. Shreve, 23, Lakeville. Injury: Erica Scully, 8, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Joshua Scully’s vehicle, complained of pain to the head. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:28 p.m. Tuesday - West U.S. 30, 1,000 feet west of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Car went off road, hit an embankment and overturned. Driver: Denise V. Williams, 19, Fort Wayne. Injury: Williams complained of glass in her foot and was treated by EMS at the scene but refused to be taken to a hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:16 p.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30, 700 feet west of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Carolyn Hoying, 75, Dayton, Ohio; Roberta J. Greene, 62, West Old 30, Warsaw; Rick L. Hurd, 54, East Blossom Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Greene complained of pain in her neck, rib cage and legs and was taken by EMS to Kosciusko Community Hospital; Hurd complained of back pain and was taken by EMS to Parkview Hospital Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 2:58 p.m. Wednesday - A fuel hose was reported stolen from a pontoon boat in the 200 block of North Main Street, North Webster. Value: $75. North Webster Police Department investigated.
