Cooper Devon Kindig was born at 11:57 p.m. Friday, ?June 8, 2017, in Parkview North, Fort Wayne. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

Grandparents are Greg and Sheila Kindig, Akron; Jan Powers and John Sloan, Westfield; and Chip Powers, Indianapolis.

Great-grandparents are Janice and Harold Shewman, Akron, and Carol Kindig, Mentone.

Cooper joins a brother, Colton, 5, and a sister, Cora, 3.
