• 12:03 p.m. Monday - Bruce D. Swope, 56, North Liberty, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of at least .15. Bond: $700.

• 1:15 p.m. Monday - Kyle Lee Davidson, 29, of 1804 Westside Road, Rochester, arrested for dealing meth 5 to 10 grams. Bond: $20,250.

• 1:58 p.m. Monday - Billy Lee Barley, 36, Hartford City, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 2:02 p.m. Monday - Cory Eugene Iden, 34, of 10 EMS W29 Lane, North Webster, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 4:01 p.m. Monday - James Robert Hoyt, 37, of 500 E. Ind. 13, #16, North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 5:12 p.m. Monday - Steven Paul Gasaway, 27, of 5774 N. Second St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $265.

• 5:45 p.m. Monday - Robyn Andrew Stroud, 27, of 5862 W. Blue Heron Lane, Mentone, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:53 p.m. Monday - Lesley Ray Henson, 36, of 3446 N. CR 650E, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 12:55 a.m. today - Reginaldo Jesus Fuentes, 34, Indianapolis, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $500.

• 4:35 a.m. today - Austin Michael Heuchan, 26, of 35 EMS B61 I Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery with bodily injury. Bond: $600.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 2:18 p.m. Friday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: James K. Zachary, 83, South Woodland Trail, Warsaw; Arian D. Schneider, 25, West Washington Street, Mentone. Injury: Charlotte A. Zachary, 84, South Woodland Trail, Warsaw, a passenger in James Zachary’s car, reported injury to the head. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:39 p.m. Friday - Intersection of West Market and South Lake streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Teresa J. Locke, 85, East Center Street, Warsaw; Virginia K. Rivera, 58, Sandra Lane, Winona Lake. Injuries: Rivera complained of pain to the entire body; Audrey Fisher, 10, Sandra Lane, Winona Lake, complained of pain to the head; both of the injured were taken to a hospital for treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 8:59 a.m. Friday - East CR 1250N, 400 feet north of North CR 1000E, Syracuse. Car swerved to miss animal in road, went into ditch and hit a pile of rocks. Driver: Chase M. Zurbrick, 19, North Ind. 5, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 2:35 p.m. Friday - 310 E. Main St., Warsaw. Car hit Warsaw Community Public Library sign. Driver: Leslie H. Juarez, 17, St. Mary’s Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:44 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East Old 30 and Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Ashish K. Choudhury, 67, Camarillo, Calif.; Mackaylah C. Shearer, 21, East Old 30, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 4:42 p.m. Friday - U.S. 30, 1,000 feet west of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Cory A. Zemen, 44, EMS C19 Lane, Warsaw; Allen M. Wilson, 19, Huntington; Elizabeth E. • 6:30 p.m. Monday - West Winona Avenue, 100 feet west of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Dan M. Roberts, 55, South CR 1000W, Claypool; Beth A. Crone, 53, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.



Incidents

• Midnight Friday - A vehicle was stopped for speeding in the 5900 block of South CR 200W, Claypool. Further investigation led to the arrest of the male driver for possession of meth and paraphernalia and false informing; and the arrest of a woman for possession of a handgun without a license, possession of meth, paraphernalia and a Schedule I, II, III and/or IV controlled substance. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 1:30 p.m. Friday - A person reported intimidation with a deadly weapon in the 200 block of North Oak Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 12:02 p.m. Saturday - A domestic battery and strangulation were reported in the 400 block of West Perry Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:02 p.m. Saturday - A bullet hole in a shed was reported in the 8800 block of East CR 500N, North Webster. KCSD.

• Midnight Sunday - A woman reported a burglary to a residence in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. Taken were a bicycle, fishing rods, fishing tackle and a drill. Value: $735. KCSD.

• Midnight Sunday - A man reported an attempted burglary in the 2900 block of North CR 925E, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 1:50 a.m. Sunday - A prowler was reported in the 3400 block of East CR 450N, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 6:45 a.m. Sunday - A vehicle was reported in Lake Wawasee near the 7100 block of East Eli Lilly Road, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 10:22 a.m. Sunday - A man reported his mailbox was damaged in the 1700 block of South Woodfield Trail, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 12:51 p.m. Sunday - A member of the Syracuse Wawasee Garden Club reported the theft of a lamp in the 700 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 7:47 p.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported involving a vehicle in the 9400 block of East Koher Road South, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 8:50 p.m. Sunday - A burglary was reported in the 500 block of South Old 13, Pierceton. Taken were titles, a safe, firearms, birth certificates and Social Security cards. Value: $400. KCSD.

• 8:53 p.m. Sunday - A woman reported intimidation in the 8900 block of East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 8:53 p.m. Sunday - A woman reported a violation of a protective order in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 8:53 p.m. Sunday - A person armed with a gun was reported in the 9600 block of East Genesee Lane, Cromwell. A person was arrested for false informing and criminal mischief. KCSD.

• Midnight Monday - A single-car accident in the 9100 block of North CR 200E, Milford, was reported. KCSD.

• 1:03 a.m. Monday - A potential burglary was reported in the 500 block of East Acorn Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 7:46 a.m. Monday - A threat was reported in the 1100 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:37 p.m. Monday - An employee of Hayden Laundry Center in the 800 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw, reported finding a bicycle. Value: $20. WPD.

• 4:08 p.m. Monday - A person reported a mother cussing at her children in the 300 block of East Camp Mack Road, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 6:19 p.m. Monday - Two juveniles were arrested for trespassing in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
