The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:28 a.m. Tuesday - Todd Douglas Warren, 54, of 3578 N. Barbee Road, #1, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to pay. Bond: $1,110.50.

• 10:35 a.m. Tuesday - Stoney Edward Gawthrop, 47, Columbia City, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $5,750.

• 2:07 p.m. Tuesday - Pedro Juarez, 43, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #204, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 3:48 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Nicholas Watson, 28, of 10 EMS B5A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for burglary. Bond: $22,000.

• 3:45 p.m. Tuesday - Cherokee Dorinda Sizemore, 37, of 402 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $7,500.

• 4:31 p.m. Tuesday - Travis Lee Harding, 35, Wabash, arrested for possession of meth and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:45 p.m. Tuesday - Erica Nicole Bell, 29, Wabash, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $751.

• 6:05 p.m. Tuesday - Dannell Lynn Albright, 22, of 9222 S. Ind. 25, Rochester, arrested for aiding/inducing/causing a felony and dealing meth more than 10 grams. Bond: $25,250.

• 6:15 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel Ray Smith, 31, of 105 S. Market St., North Manchester, arrested for probation violation - felony and failure to pay. Bond: $1,580.95.

• 6:32 p.m. Tuesday - Eric Scott McFarland, 37, homeless, North Webster, arrested for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bond: $15,250.

• 6:53 p.m. Tuesday - Dakota Lane Lambert, 25, of 2461 Liberty Road, Rochester, arrested for dealing meth more than 10 grams and possession of meth more than 26 grams. Bond: $25,250.

• 7:08 p.m. Tuesday - Tiffany Ann Galloway, 18, of Rochester, arrested for dealing meth more than 10 grams and possession of meth more than 28 grams. Bond: $25,250.

• 10:35 p.m. Tuesday - Harvey Truman Clutter, 63, of 604 N. First St., #10, Pierceton, arrested for strangulation, domestic battery and resisting law enforcement with a deadly weapon. Bond: $5,250.

Property Damage Accidents

• 2:37 a.m. Tuesday - West Crystal Lake Road, 350 feet east of West Snyder Road, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Steven M. Hodges, 26, Fairlane Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 2 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Market and South Lincoln streets, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Kathy K. Rhoades, 56, South CR 675W, Warsaw; Frankie M. Sims, 51, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:07 a.m. Monday - An employee of Fahl Manufactured Homes reported a display model home was shot multiple times with a BB or pellet gun in the 4000 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 1:45 a.m. Tuesday - A person reported a criminal trespass in the 4600 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw. The suspect left upon officers’ arrival. KCSD.

• 10:50 a.m. Tuesday - A domestic battery with serious bodily injury in the presence of a child under 16 was reported in the 1300 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:27 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of the City of Warsaw reported the burglary to a storage shed at Mantis Skate Park in the 400 block of Little League Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:50 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Meijer in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, reported the theft of clothes, miscellaneous merchandise and a DVD. Value: $61.99. WPD.

• 10:14 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Tractor Supply Company in the 3200 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw, reported someone attempted to gain entry into the business. KCSD.

• 2:18 a.m. Wednesday - A person threatening suicide was reported in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 4:40 a.m. Wednesday - A verbal fight in a yard was reported in the 200 block of East Pink Magnolia Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.
