• 9:33 a.m. Monday - Justin Billy Ottinger, 33, of 3520 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 11:45 a.m. Monday - Tylor David Keen, 27, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $485.50.

• 11:56 a.m Monday - Jasmine Marie Hunt, 25, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.

• 12:33 p.m. Monday - Michael George Fitch Jr., 44, Elkhart, arrested for intimidation - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 5:20 p.m. Monday - Kacynda Ione Northrup, 29, of 4839 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:21 p.m. Monday - Taylor Aaron Julian, 27, of 2307 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for theft - $750 to $50,000. Bond: $5,750.

• 7:02 p.m. Monday - Chase Ryan Gentry, 23, Crown Point, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a Schedule I, II controlled substance, possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $700.

• 7:16 p.m. Monday - Markus Alen Baldacci, 20, Lagro, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,000.

• 10:48 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of South Huntington and West Chicago streets, Syracuse. Two-car collision. Drivers: Rebecca L. Spurling, 54, Prairie Drive, Syracuse; Joshua D. Beckley, 22, Goshen. Injury: Beckley had bruising to the wrists but refused medical treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 3:49 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Market and McKinley streets, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Shirley A. Kuhn, 68, East Jefferson Street, Warsaw; Kaitlyn Miotto, 19, South Sherman Street, Warsaw. Injury: Miotto complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:02 p.m. Monday - A vehicle was found parked and unattended on the wrong side of the street and facing the wrong way on a one-way street in the 800 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. The owner could not be located and the vehicle was towed. WPD.

• 11:23 p.m. Monday - A theft of tools was reported in the 1400 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw.  Value: $150. WPD.
