• 7:53 p.m. Tuesday - Mathew B. Manges, 32, of 308 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 8:30 p.m. Tuesday - Dawson Michael Justice, 18, of 4224 N. Runkle Drive, #5, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 9:13 p.m. Tuesday - Javier Ivan Gonzalez, 36, of 124-½ N. Jefferson St., Cromwell, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15 with a prior. No bond set.

• 12:13 p.m. Wednesday - Jaimie Nicole Albert, 28, of 1204 N. CR 750W, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 12:56 p.m. Wednesday - Christopher Michael Lusso, 40, of 49 EMS B61F Lane, Warsaw, arrested for two counts of home improvement fraud - A misdemeanor, home improvement fraud - level 5 felony, three counts of check fraud - $750-$50,000, two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony, and on three warrants in civil matters. Bond: $59,975.

• 12:56 p.m. Wednesday - David Allen Gibson, 35, Fort Wayne, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 2:19 p.m. Wednesday - Brittney Dee Voltz, 31, Winamac, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 2:43 p.m. Wednesday - Ginger Bays, 40, of 507 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $477.61.

• 2:55 p.m. Wednesday - Misty Ann Kern, 38, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #120, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $285.

• 5:01 p.m. Wednesday - Michelle Ann Reavis, 34, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #63, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond set.

• 5:25 p.m. Wednesday - April Dawn Frazier, 43, Peru, Ind., arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 6:59 p.m. Wednesday - Troy Demetrius Walker, 28, Chicago, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.



Personal Injury Accident

• 6:38 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Lake and West Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Pickup left road, went over a curb, hit a street sign, drove through landscaping, hit a business sign at 316 N. Lake St., crossed the parking lot and hit the outside wall of a residence at 318 N. Lake St., causing a chimney to fall and damage the pickup. Driver: Jesus Ribera, 55, West Perry Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Ribera reported losing consciousness before the accident and not knowing what occurred; he was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for back pain. Ribera was issued citations for driving while suspended with a prior and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:24 p.m. Tuesday - 1 Warrior Path, Syracuse. Car hit parked car registered to Matthew D. Kerlin, Ligonier. Driver: Michelle L. Graber, 51, CR 29, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 9:57 p.m. Tuesday - South CR 200W, 100 feet north of West Maple Lane, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Gretchen A. Bailey, 42, West CR 700S, Claypool. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 9:03 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center and North Scott streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Sue A. Wallen, 58, Paxton Drive, Warsaw; Christi A. Berg, 52, West Porter Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 11:19 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 13 and East South Street, North Webster. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Robert L. Chupp, 35, East CR 150N, Pierceton; Eli LIlly, 74, Carmel. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 1:23 p.m. Tuesday - Officers did a welfare check on a man in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, who was arrested for possession of narcotics. WPD.

• 6:38 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was requested for a man involved in a crash in the 300 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.

• 8:15 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported a hit-skip accident in the 200 block of North Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:26 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of New Market in the 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster, reported the apparant theft of $200. KCSD.

• 9:22 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of the city of Warsaw reported oil in a sewer line in the 400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:30 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 100 block of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:11 a.m. Wednesday - A woman reported the theft of $125 in the 500 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:20 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported an attempted theft where the suspect was caught by the homeowner in the 800 block of South CR 425W, Silver Lake. KCSD.

• 3:39 p.m. Wednesday - A woman reported the violation of a no-contact order in the 200 block of Rattington Circle, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:05 p.m. Wednesday - A woman filed a custody complaint at the KCSD in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 10:59 p.m. Wednesday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 7900 block of North Ind. 15, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 11:53 p.m. Wednesday - A woman in the 100 block of South CR 400W, Warsaw, reported a runaway juvenile. KCSD.
