• 1:49 p.m.. Monday - Joshua Forrest Hamman, 39, of 4416 W. CR 525S, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.

• 1:58 p.m. Monday - Tanner Michael Zook, 18, of 209 E. Main St., North Manchester, arrested for perjury. No bond set.

• 5:55 p.m. Monday - Acacia Jade Frye, 23, of 4698 E. Country Cove Drive, Syracuse, arrested for intimidation - level 6 felony, battery and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:06 p.m. Monday - Kimberly Ann Chesnut, 32, of 814 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:43 p.m. Monday - David Skyler Valentine, 24, of 1301 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 10:56 p.m. Monday - Joshua Cone Jr., 37, of 5573 N. Warsaw-Oswego Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, false informing and failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $5,771.

• 11:42 p.m. Monday - Cierra Nicole Daler, 19, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 12:43 a.m. today - Anthony Brandon Johnson, 34, of 407 N. Main St., #1, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 1:07 a.m. today - Bethany Dixon, 30, of 443 N. Lincoln Park, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:13 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested in the 1200 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle never having received a license. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:25 a.m. Sunday - A woman in the 200 block of South Higbee Street, Milford, was reported as falling all over the road. She was arrested for public intoxication. MPD.

• 11:30 a.m. Sunday - A woman reported a hit-skip to her vehicle in the 2400 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:56 p.m. Sunday - The theft of lawn ornaments was reported in the 9500 block of North Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell. Value: $200. KCSD.
