    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43C01-1604-MF-000048 wherein Ditech Financial LLC was Plaintiff, and Mark A. Neeley and Kelly M Neeley, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of July, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lots numbered 10 and 17 in Woodward Village as recorded in plat book 6, page 91 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
