• 1:36 p.m. Tuesday – Ruby Ann Staab, 38, of 6290 East CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for contempt of court. No bond.

• 2:24 p.m. Tuesday – Brandon Isaac Daniel Cory, 20, of 602 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear-misdemeanor. No bond.

• 3:07 p.m. Tuesday – Bradly Scott Ervin, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for a probation violation. No bond.

• 4:31 p.m. Tuesday – Seth James Deamaral, 26, of 11256 N. CR 450E, Syracuse, arrested for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of meth, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and intimidation with a deadly weapon. No bond.

• 4:58 p.m. Tuesday – Dale Birch Stephens, 26, of 606 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. No bond.

• 5:12 p.m. Douglas E. Marsillett II, 28, of 3750 Lake City Highway, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. No bond.

• 6:27 p.m. Tuesday – Jessica Lee-Ann Kentch, 35, of 2658 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:37 p.m. Thursday – Michael Allan Garman, 34, of 33 EMS C12 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of marijuana and driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:57 p.m. Tuesday – Cayse Lee Kentch, 36, of 2658 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:10 p.m. Tuesday – Darwin LaNele Johnson, 42, Davenport, Iowa, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:16 p.m. Tuesday – Diego Esturardo Morales, 25, of 1202 Wooster Road, #68, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear, original charge felony, failure to appear-felony, possession of narcotics and dealing narcotics. Bond: $20,500.

• 11:36 p.m. Tuesday – Trenton Francis Harrell, 24, of 1104 N. Crete Drive, Warsaw, arrested for carrying a handgun without a license, dealing narcotics, possession of narcotics and possession of paraphernalia-misdemeanor. Bond: $20,500.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 10:51 a.m. Monday – South Harkless Road, 250 feet north of East Palm Drive, Syracuse. SUV left road, struck guardrail. Driver: Kraig R. Fisher, 40, East Doswell Boulevard, Cromwell. A passenger in the vehicle, Michael Fisher, 10, same address, was taken by private vehicle to a hospital with wrist pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 3:11 p.m. Monday – South Detroit Street at Pope Street, Warsaw. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Todd M. Gearhart, 45, East CR 1200S, Claypool; Cassandra Schnitz, 30, East Water Street, Akron. A passenger  in the Schnitz vehicle, Carolyn Schnitz, 13, East Water Street, Akron, complained of chest pain but no treatment was reported. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 2:45 p.m. Monday – Private property in the 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. A city of Warsaw employee was unloading a front-end loader and damaged a city pickup while unloading. Driver: James A. Hastings, 35, Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:16 a.m. Tuesday – U.S. 30 at CR 150W, Warsaw. SUV struck deer. Driver: Shannon M. Hannon, 36, LaPorte. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:17 p.m. Tuesday – North Buffalo Street, 200 feet south of West Main Street, Warsaw. Rear-end collision. Drivers: Garett M. Reinholt, 18, West CR 200S, Warsaw; Kevin W. Kleeman, 55, Valparaiso. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:26 p.m. Tuesday – Ind. 15, 650 feet north of CR 350N, Warsaw. Four-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Gregory S. Flory, 55, Marion; Nicole D. Moyer, 37, Goshen; H.J. Caudill, 60, Elkhart; Crystal Cripe, 37, New Paris. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 6:21 p.m. Tuesday – West CR 250N, 50 feet west of North Rainbow Drive, Warsaw. Car struck mailbox when driver got ill. Driver: Nancy K. Bennett, 65, East CR 450N, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 7:35 p.m. Tuesday – West Zimmer Road, 10 feet north of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Rear-end collision. Drivers: Esteven R. Schmerber, 24, South Wood Drive, Warsaw; Donna H. Wright, 58, West Turner Road, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 3:59 p.m. Monday – A man reported someone tried to take money from him in the 400 block of East Lynwood Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 6:48 p.m. Monday – A burglary was reported in the 200 block of EMS W30 Lane, North Webster. KCSD.

• A burglary was reported in the 8900 block of East CR 350N, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 9:35 p.m. Monday – A theft was reported at Kohl’s in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Estimated loss: $80. WPD.

• 10:03 p.m. Monday – A person reported two parked vehicles and a trailer were damaged in the 3700 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 8:54 a.m. Tuesday – A person reported windows broken out of a van parked in the 600 block of West Section Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 10:28 a.m. Tuesday – A bicycle was found in the 2100 block of Central Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:32 p.m. Tuesday – Three bicycles were found in the 1000 block of Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:43 p.m. Tuesday – A bicycle was reported missing from the 200 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. It was recovered a short time later. WPD.
