The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:51 p.m. Monday – Jeremy David Wilson, 33, of 209 S. Main St., #4, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended, failure to stop after an accident, and two counts of failure to appear, original charge felony. Bond: $450.

• 2:09 p.m. Monday – Stephen Lee Stout, 63, of 10207 N. 200E, Milford, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 4:30 p.m. Monday – Christine M. Bennett, 32, of 119 N. Walnut St., Burket, arrested for a probation violation-misdemeanor and failure to appear, original charge misdemeanor. No bond.

• 5:38 p.m. Monday – Kyle William Hannan, 19, of 4416 W. CR 525S, Claypool, arrested on two counts of failure to appear, original charge misdemeanor, one count of failure to appear, original charge felony, dealing narcotics and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $15,500.

• 6:19 p.m. Monday – Syble Breonaa Merie Alexander, 20, of 207 Auditorium Blvd., #4, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:43 p.m. Monday – Jeffery Ryan Price, 36, of 119 N. Walnut St., Burket, arrested for forgery. No bond.

• 7:03 p.m. Monday – Mistie Ann Bush, 44, Bloomington, arrested for failure to appear, original charge felony. No bond.

• 7:05 p.m. Monday – Christopher Gilbert Basa, 25, of 704 N. Ind. 19, Akron, arrested for failure to appear, original charge misdemeanor and a body attachment violation. Bond: $3,000.

• 7:10 p.m. Monday – Andres Adame Cortes, 29, of 1202 Wooster Road, #56, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 7:51 p.m. Monday – Tara Lynn Purvis, 32, of 2798 Country Club Road, #24, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct-noise. Bond: $750.

•9:06 p.m. Monday – Melania May Conley, 23, Servia, arrested for theft and possession of narcotics. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:04 p.m. Monday – Corina Marie Kauffman, 41, of 7130 N. CR 650E, North Webster, arrested for nonsupport of a dependent. Bond: $12,800.

• 12:52 a.m. today – Clenda Rochelle Brickey, 32, Topeka, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 12:58 a.m. today – Christopher Dewayne Brickey, 39, Kimmell, arrested for failure to comply. No bond.



Personal Injury Accidents

•12:11 p.m. Saturday – West U.S. 30 at North CR 875W, Etna Green. Car struck semi trailer, then a pickup pulled over on the side of the road. Drivers: Collin D. Thomas, 19, East CR 650N, Syracuse; Kenneth J. Boilni, 72, LaPorte; Tonya Shuster, 56, West North Street, Etna Green. Thomas was taken to a hospital with an elbow injury. A passenger in the Shuster vehicle, Miranda Scarberry, West North Street, Etna Green, was taken with pain in the lower leg. A passenger in the Thomas vehicle, Katelyn Corcoran of St. John, and another passenger in the Shuster vehicle, Maggi Scarberry, were reported injured but no record of treatment  was found. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:10 p.m. Sunday – East CR 900N at North CR 500E, Syracuse. RV-pickup collision. Drivers: Celestine M. Martin-Bowers, 50, Indianapolis; Librety A. Sielesnew, 19, North CR 700E, Warsaw. Sielesnew was taken to a hospital with head pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

•11:08 a.m. Saturday – Auditorium Boulevard at West Canal Street, Winona Lake. Unknown vehicle struck a parked pickup registered to David Porter, Auditorium Boulevard, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 11:10 a.m. Saturday – South CR 275E at East CR 375S. Warsaw. SUV struck utility pole. Driver: Yoali S. Marin, 22, Ligonier. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 8:22 a.m. Monday – East Armstrong Road at North First Street, Leesburg. Two pickup collision. Drivers: John B. Hollinger, 62, EMS C27 Lane, Warsaw; Benjamin D. Guy, 40, EMS W30B Lane, North Webster. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 11:26 a.m. Monday – South Packerton Road, 822 feet south of East CR 400S, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Robin F. Gannon, 57, West CR 700S, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 6 p.m. Monday – Private property on Mariners Drive, Warsaw. Car hit parked SUV. Driver: Leeann J. Estrada Wilson, 19, East Van Buren Street, Leesburg. Parked vehicle registered to Cinthia L. Centero Jimenez, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:28 a.m. today – Center Street at Detroit Street, Warsaw. Pickup-trailer collision. Drivers: James W. Wyrick, 54, Marion; Kenneth Hudson, 60, Marion. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 9:55 a.m. Saturday – A person reported an unwanted person in a residence in the 1500 block of Brook View Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:47 a.m. Sunday – A clerk at Circle K in the 600 block of North Main Street, North Webster, reported accepting counterfeit money. No loss estimated available. The counterfeit money was turned over to the Secret Service. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 12:34 p.m. Sunday – Domestic battery was reported in the 200 block of South High Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:10 p.m. Sunday – A custody complaint was made in the 400 block of West Emeline Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 9:21 p.m. Sunday – Domestic battery was reported in the 5700 block of South East Channel Road, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 9:31 p.m. Sunday – A theft was reported in the 100 block of East CR 1150N, Milford. MPD.

• 7:33 a.m. Monday – The theft of a moped was reported from a residence in the 3700 bock of West Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 11:50 a.m. Monday – A prescription bottle was found in a park in the 300 block of North Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:56 p.m. Monday – A bicycle was found in the 1300 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:33 a.m. today – Criminal mischief was reported in the 6200 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Estimated loss: $500. WPD.
