His children are Sharissa (Hugh) Hazeltine, Dan (Beth) Willis, Shawnita Steffen, Susie (Steve Patterson), Shartrina (Matt) White, Sheila (Rich) Groninger and Duane Roger, deceased.
He has 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
The children hosted a surprise birthday party at his granddaughter’s home.
