The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:24 a.m. Thursday – Tracy Lee Julian, 47, of 517 Gilliam Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of narcotics and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $2,250.

• 11:57 a.m. Thursday – Dakotah Edrik Rose, 16, of 6531 W. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:46 p.m. Thursday – Randale Lee Thompson II, 38, of 404 W. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for OWI with serious bodily injury. Bond: $20,500.

• 3:36 p.m. Thursday – John Bradly Wood, 24, Bristol, arrested for battery with bodily injury to law enforcement. Bond: $536.45.

• 9:37 p.m. Thursday – Juan Francisco Tienda, 20, Millersburg, arrested for reckless driving and operator never licensed. Bond: $500.

• 10:28 p.m. Thursday – Jessica Lynn Reed, 37, of 2123 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:48 a.m. Wednesday – Ind. 15, 1,500 feet south of CR 600N, Leesburg. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Porfirio N. Gomora, 36, East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:57 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Kings Highway and Argonne Road, Winona Lake. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Norman T. Bakhit, 26, South Paxton Drive, Warsaw; Cynthia J. Bushen, 62, East Wade Road, Warsaw; Lauren G. Rich, 35, Plymouth. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 6:47 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center Street and North McKinley Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Logan R. Sills, 19, Old Ind. 13, Pierceton; Brent L. Cobb, 45, Stratford Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:48 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Douglas R. Erne, 73, Columbia City; Linda Belcher, 60, Hanover Park., Ill. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 4:30 p.m. Thursday – A hit-and-run collision was reported in the 1900 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. An unknown vehicle hit a parked car registered to William T. Davidson, South School Avenue, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 7:04 p.m. Thursday – East CR 500N, west of North CR 750E, North Webster. Driver fled the scene after striking a utility pole. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 5:09 p.m. Wednesday – A person reported the theft of a firearm from a vehicle in the 13200 block of North 750E, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 8:14 p.m. Wednesday – A person reported criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 500 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:24 a.m. Thursday – An employee of Ace Hardware, South Main Street, North Webster, reported someone tried to steal a drill. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 4:55 p.m. Thursday – A person reported a burglary at a residence in the 700 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw, and the theft of power tools. Estimated loss: $400. WPD.

• 10:42 p.m. Thursday – A person reported criminal mischief to a restroom at Pike Lake, 1000 block of East Arthur Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:11 a.m. today – A person reported a car on the railroad tracks in the 400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
