• 12:55 p.m. Monday - Dollie Korinne Bumgardner, 21, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #98, Warsaw, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500.

• 1:31 p.m. Monday - Sarah Ann Kaufman, 32, Constantine, Mich., arrested for possession of a look-alike substance. Bond: $600.

• 1:39 p.m. Monday - Scott Lawrence Barber, 33, of 309 E. Main St., Apt. B, Mentone, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:06 p.m. Monday - Earl Hillis Smith Jr., 63, of 309 E. Catherine St., #20, Milford, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony and probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 3:05 p.m. Monday - Staci Marie Craft, 36, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #31, Warsaw, arrested on four counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,912.50.

• 3:28 p.m. Monday - Christopher Lee Lewallen, 37, of 303 S. West St., Milford, arrested for parole violation. No bond listed.

• 4:07 p.m. Monday - Damian Lee Cassidy, 19, Goshen, arrested for counterfeiting and failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 4:35 p.m. Monday - Alicia Marie Lucero, 29, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #194, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 5:47 p.m. Monday - Jessica Dawn Konkle, 38, of 504 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation - level 6 felony. Bond: $3,750.

• 6 p.m. Monday - Clayton Theodore Morgan, 42, Goshen, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.

• 7:49 p.m. Monday - Matthew Ian Dilley, 37, of 4441 N. Aspen Drive, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. No bond set.

• 7:49 p.m. Monday - Nicole Rae Pearson, 28, of 3340 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependent in a situation that endangers the child. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:31 p.m. Monday - Brian Phillip Shepherd, 31, of 5873 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of a narcotic. Bond; $5,250.

• 8:32 p.m. Monday - Derek Michael Ault, 20, of 1922 E. Walnut St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor and intimidation - level 6 felony. No bond set.

• 9:24 p.m. Monday - Teresa Sue Shepherd, 44, of 77 Kings Hwy., #10, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, possession of a narcotic and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:28 p.m. Monday - Brian Lee Roe, 44, Fort Wayne, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 10:18 p.m. Monday - Daniel Craig Holbrook, 23, of 1113 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 10:23 p.m. Monday - Jamie Lyn Hall, 32, Wabash, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $2,500.



Personal Injury Accident

• 12:14 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Winona Avenue and railroad tracks, Warsaw. Pickup hit by train as it was crossing the tracks. Driver: Reynaldo Rodriguez, 34, East Circle Drive North, Syracuse. Injury: Rodriguez complained of pain to the neck and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:14 a.m. Friday - East Winona Avenue, 310 feet west of Lakeview Drive, Winona Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Amanda N. Gibbs, 30, Columbia City; June L. Ledford, 59, Durham Court, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated

• 6:04 p.m. Friday - 615 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake. Semi tractor-trailer hit overhang and lights belonging to Sands Mini Mart, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Driver: Melissa A. Brown, 37, South Bend. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 3:23 p.m. Saturday - East CR 250N, 1,000 feet east of East Kyle Road, Pierceton. Car swerved to avoid hitting another oncoming vehicle in its lane of travel and left the road, going through a yard and hitting a mailbox. Driver: Bernice King, 58, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 11:58 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 700W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Anne M. Miller, 41, Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 2:41 a.m. Sunday - East CR 450N, 500 feet west of North CR 375E, Warsaw. A pickup registered to Jordan E. Stone, North CR 100E, Warsaw, left south side of road, hit a tree; vehicle appeared to have flipped in the road and came to a rest on East CR 450N. A witness saw the driver exit the window and take off on foot and identified the driver as the owner of the pickup. The driver was not found. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 3:05 a.m. Sunday - North Old 15, 2,000 feet south of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Norfolk Southern Railroad notified KCSD of a wrecked car along the tracks. Upon arrival, there were no occupants and it appeared the vehicle left the west side of the road for an unknown reason and hit a large pile of railroad ties, splitting several of them. Vehicle registered to Kenneth J. Graff, East Van Buren Street, Leesburg, who said he didn’t know it was missing and was not driving the car. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 10:22 p.m. Sunday - North Lake Street, 15 feet north of Union Street, Warsaw. SUV hit parked car registered to Andrew M. Blauvelt, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Driver: Mayra E. Cervantes, 22, Nye Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 5:23 a.m. Monday - East Ind. 14, 2,100 feet west of South Packerton Road, Silver Lake. Commercial semi-trailer went off road, into ditch and into corn field belonging to Terry L. Rosenbarger, East Ind. 14, Silver Lake; vehicle remained upright until driver attempted to back out onto roadway and then it tipped on its side. Driver: Garth E. Ellenberger, 66, Fort Wayne. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSD.

• 5:30 a.m. Monday - North Ind. 19, 2,500 feet north of West CR 500N, Etna Green. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Travis C. Snyder, 36, East Liberty Avenue, Bourbon. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 12:50 p.m. Friday - A woman was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and possession of marijuana in the 100 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:44 p.m. Friday - A dog bite was reported in the 100 block of EMS T14 Lane, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 9:21 p.m. Friday - Cruelty to an animal was reported in the 12100 block of North Beau Peep Lane, Cromwell. KCSD.

• 11:51 p.m. Friday - A car was stopped in the 5900 block of West CR 950S, Silver Lake, for driving left of center and upon further investigation, the male driver was arrested for driving while suspended, drug charges and false informing. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 10:24 p.m. Saturday - A suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 5800 block of North Second Street, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 3:18 a.m. Sunday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 4400 block of North CR 375E, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 6:14 p.m. Sunday - Milford fire and police departments responded to and investigated a suspicious fire in the 100 block of South James Street, Milford. Damage: $50,000.

• 7 a.m. Monday - An employee of the town of Leesburg reported the theft of two Bee hive storm drains in the 100 block of South Pearl Street, Leesburg. Loss: $600. KCSD.

• 8:36 a.m. Monday - A man was arrested for criminal trespassing in the 200 block of St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:23 a.m. Monday - An employee of Pie Eyed Petey’s in the 5500 block of North CR 450E, Leesburg, reported locks being cut. KCSD.

• 11:51 a.m. Monday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 800 block of Walkers Ridge, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:41 p.m. Monday - A man reported the theft of a pickup from his property in the 10700 block of West CR 600S, Mentone. Value: $3,500. KCSD.

• 3:09 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 500 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:48 p.m. Monday - A man reported criminal mischief to a mailbox in the 1300 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
