• 5:12 a.m. Friday – Debra Ann Goldsworthy, 57, P.O. Box 12, Cromwell, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 to 0.15 prior and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $10,250.

• 12:35 a.m. Friday – Randy Walgamuth, 58, of 622 N. Ellsworth St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 1:08 p.m. Friday – Eric Bradley Salyer, 26, of 10344 E. Roosevelt St., Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 7:52 a.m. Thursday, 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw, vehicle struck light pole in parking lot. Driver: Sheila L. Freds, 51, East Pierceton Road, Warsaw. Freds was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for evaluation. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:58 a.m. Thursday – East CR 600N, west of North CR 975E, near North Webster, vehicle bumped pole. Driver: Dora A. Jones, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 1:32 p.m. Thursday – 325 S. Cleveland St., Warsaw. Vehicle struck parked vehicle. Driver: Curtis G. Stienbarger, 62, North Greenwood Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle registered to Donald B. DeYoung, 1429 Sunset Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $750-$1,000. WPD.

• 1:35 p.m Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Petro Drive, Warsaw, two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Lindsay K. Richmond, 30, North CR 150E, Milford, Carli J. Hatfield, 30, West Church Street, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
