• 2:48 a.m. Thursday - Andrew Steven Riley, 44, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and criminal trespass. Bond: $600.

• 11:01 a.m. Thursday - Lloyd Gene Ousley, 79, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, #47, North Manchester, arrested for intimidation - level 6 felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:02 p.m. Thursday - Sarah Elizabeth Harmon, 21, Charlestown, arrested for failure to pay, theft and probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 12:20 p.m. Thursday - David Edward Killian, 69, Bristol, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor with the defendant over the age of 21. Bond: $25,250.

• 1:28 p.m. Thursday - Mark Allen Holbrook II, 40, of 920 Anchorage Road, #11, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth 10 to 28 grams, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $15,250.

• 2:30 p.m. Thursday - Lindsay Kaye Richmond, 30, of 13276 N. CR 150E, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and false informing. Bond: $600.

• 2:41 p.m. Thursday - Justin O. Beach, 36, of 451 E. Centennial St., Nappanee, arrested for theft with a prior and probation violation - felony. No bond set.

• 4:22 p.m. Thursday - Matthew Gene Rhines, 28, of 1618 Wallace Ave., Rochester, arrested for theft and burglary. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:15 p.m. Thursday - Nathaniel Allen Bodkin, 30, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #131, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:23 p.m. Thursday - Kayla Chelsea Heckaman, 27, of 1115 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for false informing. Bond: $600.

• 2:56 a.m. today - Sharon Eileen Tusing, 48, of 3966 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 7:52 a.m. Thursday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Car hit light pole. Driver: Sheila L. Freds, 51, East Pierceton Road, Warsaw. Injury: Freds complained of pain in her arm from a few lacerations and a bruised knuckle and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for evaluation.  Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:44 p.m. Wednesday - South CR 400E, 200 feet west of South CR 450E, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Toby L. Thomas, 38, East CR 350S, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 12:23 a.m. Thursday - 7088 N. Ind. 13, North Webster. Car went off road, went through a field, crossed Ind. 13, went up an embankment, hit parked car registered to Janet L. Doerscher, East Blacks Court, North Webster, pushing it into car registered to Debra D. Trojan, East Huntington Street, North Webster. Driver: Bradley R. Slone, 31, East North Street, Larwill. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 8:58 a.m. Thursday - East CR 600N, 75 feet west of North CR 975E, North Webster. SUV hit NIPSCO utility pole.  Driver: Cora A. Jones, 59, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. NWPD.

• 11:05 a.m. Thursday - South CR 400E, 900 feet south of East CR 800S, Sidney. When deer entered the roadway, driver lost control of semi-tractor trailer, tires dropped off right side of road, truck and trailer snapped a power pole and turned the vehicle on its side. Driver: John A. Perkins, 39, Auburn. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSD.

• 2:47 a.m. today - East Hatchery Road, 200 feet west of North Eagle Trail, Syracuse. Car left road and his a NIPSCO utility pole.  Driver: Debra A. Goldsworthy, 57, Cromwell. Goldsworthy told an officer she was intoxicated and she was detained for investigation. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 7:16 p.m. Wednesday - A fight was reported in the 500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:58 a.m. Thursday - A no trespassing order was violated in the 700 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:45 a.m. Thursday - A runaway was reported in the 400 block of Aspen Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:18 a.m. Thursday - A threat was reported in the 1500 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:35 p.m. Thursday - A man was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and false informing after an accident in the 100 block of Petro Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:17 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest at Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:32 p.m. Thursday - A domestic altercation was reported in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:47 a.m. today - A traffic stop was made in the 200 block of Eastlake Drive, Warsaw, and a person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle never having been licensed. WPD.
