• 10:18 a.m. Wednesday - Michael Cervantes, 20, of 525 Lyon St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 1:36 p.m. Wednesday - Zachariah Freedom Burk, 37, Hartford City, arrested for probation violation - felony. No bond listed.

• 3:07 p.m. Wednesday - Troy K. Riley, 53, Huntington, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond set.

• 3:24 p.m. Wednesday - David Allen Gibson, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 11:56 p.m. Wednesday - James Newton Calhoun, 47, Ross, Calif., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $15,000.

• 1:11 a.m. today - Jeana Lynette Regan, 58, Roanoke, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $700.

• 1:20 a.m. today - Erica Faye Alma, 27, Columbia City, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and possession of a narcotic. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:03 p.m. Wednesday - East Winona Avenue, 200 feet east of Smith Street, Warsaw. Motorcycle went off road and hit a utility pole.  Driver: Allan D. Ross, 55, East Smith Street, Warsaw. Injury: Ross had a fracture/dislocation to his abdomen/pelvis area and was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:59 p.m. Monday - A man in the 100 block of North Maple Street, Milford, reported another broken window at his house. Damage: $800. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 4:35 a.m. Tuesday - An officer responded to a 911 hangup call in the 3900 block of East CR 1050N, Syracuse. A man was placed under arrest and attempted to flee from the officer, but was apprehended. MPD.

• 4:48 a.m. Tuesday - A person reported a vehicle left the road, damaged landscaping, then fled the scene in the 6400 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 10:19 a.m. Tuesday - Intentional vehicle damage was reported in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000. WPD.

• 1:20 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of North Sherman Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:38 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported the theft of a license plate in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 6:24 p.m. Tuesday - During a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Hickory Street, Warsaw, a person was arrested on a warrant. WPD.

• 8:56 p.m. Tuesday - A woman in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw, was committed to Bowen Center. WPD.

• 8:03 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of Pak A Sak Shell in the 2500 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw, reported possibly finding meth. KCSD.

• 1:07 p.m. Wednesday - A lost wallet was reported in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Loss: $230. WPD.

• 3:42 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported finding gardening equipment in their yard in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw. Value: $1,700. KCSD.

• 11:42 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic accident involving a motorcycle was investigated in the 1700 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
