• 1:58 p.m. Tuesday - Mika Jerome Shepherd, 40, of 218 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator for life. Bond: $20,250.
• 3:43 p.m. Tuesday - Cameron Dean Wild, 24, Valparaiso, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.
• 4:52 p.m. Tuesday - Joe Angel Rodriguez, 28, of 102 N. Main St., Sidney, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and failure to pay. No bond set.
• 7:05 p.m. Tuesday - Tristin Lee Ritter, 18, Ligonier, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 7:04 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 200 feet north of East South Barbee Drive, North Webster. Car left road, hit a tree and overturned onto its roof. Driver: Stephen P. Botchkai, 67, North CR 850W, Pierceton. Injury: Botchkai complained of chest pain and was bleeding from the nose and was taken to Parkview Hospital Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:23 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Fort Wayne and North Detroit streets, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Kelsey M. Hall, 23, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; Suzanne M. Light, 66, East Masters Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
