• 5:58 a.m. Monday - Brandon Gregory Nissley, 21, of 111 Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, arrested for rape and sexual misconduct with a minor - defendant over the age of 21. Bond: $20,250.

• 10:55 a.m. Monday - Charles Burton See, 33, of 1660 W. Olson Road, Rochester, arrested for check deception. Bond: $300.

• 11:02 a.m. Monday - Bruce Lee Kintzel, 27, of 2057 S. Julian Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 11:17 a.m. Monday - Courtney Michelle Larkin, 22, Lakeville, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:06 p.m. Monday - Isaac Franklin Sellers, 25, of 10862 S. Bouse Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 1:25 p.m. Monday - Kevin K. Finney, 55, Kokomo, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 2:32 p.m. Monday - Troy Douglas Howard, 50, of 1611 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor and two counts of failure to appear - felony. Bond: $10,435.

• 3:38 p.m. Monday - Anthony Dale Rice, 35, of 1931 La Vista Drive, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $12,500.

• 6:10 p.m. Monday - Todd Kenneth Vaughn, 53, of 502 Mitchell Drive, Rochester, arrested for dealing meth more than 10 grams, dealing meth and on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $25,250.

• 7:02 p.m. Monday - Ashley Nicole Vo, 32, of 213 S. Main St., Milford, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $3,750.

• 12:06 a.m. today - Desmond Ishmael Stewart, 31, of 16815 U.S. 6, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 2:09 a.m. today - Kyle Colby Thompson, 31, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #24, Pierceton, arrested for failure to stop after an accident, probation violation - felony and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $1,600.

• 4:15 a.m. today - Joshua B. Coffey, 40, of 9412 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, resisting law enforcement, resisting law enforcement - fleeing and false informing. Bond: $750

• 12:42 a.m. today - South Packerton Road, 300 feet south of East Pierceton Road, Winona Lake. Car left road, hit a NIPSCO gas substation and a cluster of trees, then a Kosciusko County Highway Department sign post and guardrail. Driver: Kyle C. Thompson, 31, East Wooster Road, Pierceton. • 12:36 a.m. Friday - Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 11900 block of West CR 700S, Mentone. One person was arrested for battery and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. KCSD.

• 11:06 a.m. Friday - A report of battery was reported in the 3900 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 4:45 p.m. Friday - A juvenile was arrested on a warrant from Whitley County in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:12 p.m. Friday - An employee of Arby’s in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, reported the theft of $700. WPD.

• 5:46 p.m. Sunday - A domestic battery was reported in the 3200 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. A person was arrested for strangulation, domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and interfering with the reporting of a crime. WPD.
